Prayer for refund on item I didn't receive.

We have heard your request and we join with you in prayer over this frustrating situation with the delivery app and the missing refund.

We understand how discouraging it is to be charged for what you did not receive and to be charged before for incorrect items, and to feel that your honest appeal is being refused. God cares about honesty and justice in everyday matters, including in buying and selling and in receiving what is due, and He sees when what is right is not done.

We pray now that the Lord will intervene in this situation. We ask Him to move upon those responsible at the company to act with fairness and integrity, to review your case truthfully, and to return to you what is rightfully yours. We ask for wisdom for you as you continue to seek a resolution, for favor in your communications with them, and for peace in your heart while you wait.

We also take comfort in what Scripture teaches, that God is just and nothing remains unseen by Him. If we do not receive our recompense here, God has not forgotten, for He will recompense with increase in the time to come. At the same time we know He is righteous to bring justice in this present life as well, and we can trust Him to do what is right. Whether the restoration comes quickly through this company or in another way by His provision, we ask Him to provide for your needs and to guard you from anxiety.

May the Lord grant you patience, encourage you that He hears your prayer, and bring about a just and honest outcome. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, who alone is our Savior and advocate. Amen.

It is painful when you are charged for something you did not receive and then find no help from those who should make it right. God sees these small injustices as well as the great ones. He cares about honesty in our dealings and He cares about the financial burdens His people carry.

Scripture presents God as the one who brings a just repayment. When wrong is done, He does not overlook it. He repays according to what is right, and at the same time He comes to save and to restore His people. The prophet speaks of God coming with a just repayment to save, to open blind eyes and to make the lame leap for joy. That shows His justice and His mercy belong together. He judges what is evil and He delivers those who trust Him.

The Bible also teaches that every act has its consequence and that God will bring a just repayment for all deeds. In that light we are reminded not to seek to get even ourselves, but to trust Him to act righteously. Your desire for what is fair and for the return of what you paid is understandable. It is right to ask for honesty and to pursue what is owed to you in a calm and truthful way.

I am praying with you that God will intervene in this practical matter. I pray that those who handle your case will act with integrity and that the amount you were charged incorrectly will be returned. I pray also for peace for you while you wait, and that you will not be consumed by frustration over this.

God knows financial pressure. Scripture shows believers who were poor and under severe trial, yet they found joy and learned to trust God as their provider. We are taught to put Him first with what we have, to bring Him the first fruits of our increase, and to trust Him to supply what we need. That does not mean He always answers through the channel we expect, but it means we can look to Him as our ultimate source and remain generous and faithful even in tight times.

Continue to do what is wise and orderly on your part, keeping records of what was ordered and what was received, appealing respectfully through the proper channels, and if needed seeking help through your payment provider. And as you do, commit the outcome to the Lord.

May the Lord provide for you, guard your heart from bitterness, and meet this need according to His wisdom. May He show Himself as your helper and bring about what is just, and may you know His peace and provision whether through this refund or through His other ways of caring for you. In Jesus name we ask for His help and His just and merciful hand over this situation.
