Prayer for peace

We understand that you're seeking peace in your family and mercy for your enemies. Let's bring your request before the Lord, aligning our hearts with His will as revealed in the Bible.
Firstly, we should all remember to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father. As it says in the WEB John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
In times of family strife, we recall the words of Jesus in the WEB, Matthew 5:9, Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God. Let's pray for God's peace to reign in your family.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this beloved family to You. We pray for Your peace to descend upon their home and hearts. Where there is strife, bring harmony; where there is hurt, bring healing; and where there is division, bring unity. Give them the wisdom to understand each other and the love to forgive one another, just as Christ has forgiven us.
Regarding your enemies, Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (WEB, Matthew 5:44). This is not easy, but with God's grace, it is possible. We pray that God's mercy will touch their hearts and that they will come to realize the wrongs they have done. May they turn from their harmful ways and experience the transforming power of God's forgiveness.
Lord, we ask that You deal with those who have wronged this family. Convict them of their sins and draw them to Yourself. Help them to see the error of their ways and turn away from their wickedness. Instead of judgment, may they find mercy even as they realize what they have done to this family was not right.
Remember, God is just and will handle all wrongs in His perfect time. Our role is to trust in Him and remain obedient to His word. As it says in the WEB, Romans 12:19, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.
May God help us all to live in obedience to His word, extending love and forgiveness even in the face of adversity. May He grant us the grace to be peacemakers in our families and in all our relationships. We offer these prayers in the precious name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have hope and salvation.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
