As you continue to navigate this relationship, we urge you to cling to the promise that *"All things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them"* (Mark 11:24, WEB). Help them to communicate with clarity, kindness, and honesty, so that their working relationship may glorify You. Where there has been offense, bring forgiveness. Where there has been mistrust, build confidence. May their interactions be marked by the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Father, we ask that You would use this workplace as a place where Your light shines brightly. May our sister be a testimony of Your grace, and may her department head come to see the hope that is within her because of Christ. If she does not yet know You, Lord, we pray that You would draw her to Yourself, that she may experience the saving power of Jesus and walk in newness of life.
We declare Your promises over this situation, trusting that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Strengthen our sister’s faith as she waits on You, and fill her with Your joy as she serves You in her workplace.
