The Scriptures remind us in James 1:5, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* We trust that as you pray for her, God will equip her with the discernment she needs to lead with integrity and clarity, unmoved by deception or division.
Your request for peace and harmony in your relationship with her is also deeply important. Father, we also lift up the relationship between our sister and her department head. Heal any wounds or misunderstandings that may have arisen. Soften their hearts toward one another and foster an atmosphere of respect, honesty, and unity. Let their interactions be seasoned with grace, and may they both reflect Your love in their words and actions. Where there has been strife, bring reconciliation.
