We are truly grateful to hear that you and your daughter have been drawn closer to God and to each other through this trial. It is a beautiful testimony to the power of prayer and devotion. We will continue to intercede for your daughter's complete healing, and we stand with you in praising God for His faithfulness.
Let us address the issue of your daughter's health. We know that God is the Great Physician, and He has the power to heal all manner of sickness and disease. In Mark 5:34, Jesus said, Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be cured of your disease. We claim this promise for your daughter, believing that her faith and yours will make her well. And in James 5:15, we read, The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. We pray that your daughter will be raised up, healed from her eczema and hives, and that any sin will be forgiven.
However, we want to remind you that our ultimate hope is not in physical healing but in spiritual wholeness. In 2 Corinthians 12:9, the Apostle Paul writes, Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest on me. We pray that the power of Christ will rest on your daughter, and that her infirmities will be a testimony to His grace and sufficiency.
We also want to encourage you to continue in your family devotions. In Deuteronomy 6:6-7, God commands, These words, which I command you this day, shall be in your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up. We praise God that He has given you and your daughter a hunger for His Word and a desire to understand Him more deeply. We pray that He will continue to reveal Himself to you as you seek Him together.
Finally, we want to remind you that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. In John 14:6, Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. We pray that you will continue to come boldly before the throne of grace, in the name of Jesus, seeking mercy and finding grace to help in time of need.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her daughter. We thank You for drawing them closer to You and to each other through this trial. We ask for Your healing touch on her daughter, that she may be made whole, body, soul, and spirit. We rebuke the spirits of infirmity and disease, and we command them to leave in the name of Jesus. We pray that You will give them wisdom and discernment as they seek medical treatment, and that You will guide them to the right doctors and the right treatments. We pray that You will use this trial to strengthen their faith, to deepen their understanding of You, and to bring glory to Your name. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
