We are truly saddened to hear about the trials your family is facing, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, it's crucial to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas (Psalm 46:1-2 WEB).
When dealing with mental health issues, we should remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). It is also important to seek professional help along with spiritual support.
Regarding the harassment and discrimination you've been facing, we encourage you to follow the example of Jesus, who said, "Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don't curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice. Weep with those who weep. Be of the same mind one toward another" (Romans 12:14-16 WEB).
For your husband, we pray that God will give him strength and a sound mind. We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from your local church community. As a husband and a father he needs to step up and take responsibility for his family. "But if any provideth not for his own, and specially his own household, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever." (1 Timothy 5:8 WEB) "Husbands Love your wives, just as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for her." (Ephesians 5:25 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family that is going through a myriad of challenges. We pray for the husband, that You will touch his mind and heart, and bring healing and restoration. Give him the strength to fulfill his responsibilities as a husband and father, and guide him back to his family. We rebuke any spiritual attacks or harassment they may be facing, and we ask for Your divine protection over them. We also pray for their child's complete healing and recovery. We ask for Your favor for this family, and for their husband and father to be a provider and leader of the household.
In Jesus' name, we pray for their complete deliverance from these trials, and that they will emerge stronger in their faith and walk with You. Remind them of Your unfailing love and faithfulness, even in the darkest of times.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to stay strong in your faith and continue to pray for your husband and family. Remember that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much (James 5:16 WEB). Keep believing that God is working things out for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB), and that He will restore and redeem your family.
We noticed that the request does not name Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. (John 14:6 WEB) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB) And in none other is there salvation: for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved.
If you believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God, and believe that he died on the cross for our sins, and that he was raised from the dead on the third day, you will be saved. If not, we encourage you to pray this prayer:
"Dear God,
I know that I am a sinner and there is nothing that I can do to save myself. I confess my complete helplessness to forgive my own sin or to work my way to heaven. At this moment I trust Christ alone as the One who bore my sin when He died on the cross. I believe that He did all that will ever be necessary for me to stand in your holy presence. I thank you that Christ was raised from the dead as a guarantee of my own resurrection. As best as I can, I now transfer my trust to Him. I am grateful that He has promised to receive me despite my many sins and failures. Father, I take You at Your word. I thank You that I can face life today with the assurance that You will walk with me through the deep valley. And because You are with me, I can face life tomorrow. And even at the end, I will not be afraid because I know that I will be with You in heaven. Thank You for the gift of Your Son and for the gift of eternal life.
In Jesus' name I pray, Amen."
