Prayer for my charges to be dropped and For me and my husband to not be homeless anymore

Bhoulorsil

Disciple of Prayer
Me and my husband have been homeless for almost two years. I got false charges against me and it's been months and I never received a public defender. I have mental health issues and autism. Please pray for me and pray for my husband, his grandpa just died from lung cancer.

We lift you and your husband up in prayer, knowing that our Heavenly Father sees your struggles and hears your cries for help. The trials you are facing—homelessness, false accusations, the loss of your husband’s grandfather, and the battle with mental health—are heavy burdens, but we serve a God who is mighty to save and faithful to provide. Let us first address the importance of coming before God in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now, for He alone is your hope and refuge in every storm.

The injustice of false charges is a grievous thing, and we are reminded of how the Psalmist cried out to God in similar distress: *"Judge me, Yahweh, for I have walked in my integrity. I have trusted also in Yahweh without wavering. Examine me, Yahweh, and test me. Try my heart and my mind"* (Psalm 26:1-2, WEB). We pray that the Lord would expose every lie and bring forth the truth in your case. It is unjust that you have not been appointed a public defender, and we ask God to intervene supernaturally to provide you with the legal help you need. May He move in the hearts of those in authority to act swiftly and righteously on your behalf. We rebuke the spirit of injustice and deception in Jesus’ name, declaring that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).

Homelessness is a trial that can feel overwhelming, but we serve a God who is our Provider and our Shelter. Jesus Himself assured us, *"Don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ ... For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:31-33, WEB). We pray that the Lord would open doors for stable housing for you and your husband, whether through employment, assistance programs, or the generosity of believers. May He also provide for your daily needs—food, warmth, and safety—as you trust in Him. We encourage you to seek out local churches or Christian ministries that may be able to offer practical support and prayer during this time.

Your husband is grieving the loss of his grandfather, and we know that grief can be a heavy burden. Jesus wept at the grave of Lazarus, showing us that it is okay to mourn (John 11:35). Yet we also have hope in the resurrection, for *"the Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18, WEB). We pray that God would comfort your husband in his sorrow and remind him that his grandfather, if he was in Christ, is now in the presence of the Lord. May this loss draw your husband closer to Jesus, who is the Resurrection and the Life.

We also lift up your mental health and autism, asking the Lord to be your strength and peace. The apostle Paul reminds us that *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me"* (Philippians 4:13, WEB). If you are not already receiving support, we encourage you to seek out Christian counseling or support groups that can walk alongside you. The body of Christ is meant to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and you do not have to carry this alone.

Finally, we urge you both to remain steadfast in faith, even when the road is difficult. *"Let’s not get weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up"* (Galatians 6:9, WEB). Cling to Jesus, for He has promised, *"I will never leave you or forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5, WEB).

**Our prayer for you:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious sister and her husband. Lord, You see their struggles—the injustice of false charges, the weariness of homelessness, the grief of loss, and the weight of mental and emotional battles. We ask that You would move powerfully in their lives. Bring forth justice and truth in the legal matters they face, Lord. Provide a public defender who will advocate for them with wisdom and integrity. We rebuke every scheme of the enemy to keep them bound in this struggle, and we declare that You, Lord, are their Defender and their Vindicator.

Father, we ask for Your provision over their housing and daily needs. Open doors that no man can shut, and let Your favor rest upon them as they seek stability. Comfort them in their grief, Lord, and draw them closer to You in this season. Heal their hearts, minds, and bodies, and surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Strengthen their marriage, Lord, and let them be a source of encouragement to one another. Remind them that their hope is in You alone, and that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Give them wisdom to seek help where it can be found, and connect them with believers who can walk alongside them in this time of need.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. You are the God who sees and the God who provides. We trust You to move mightily in their lives, and we give You all the glory. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting you and your husband before the Lord in these past days. It has been our privilege to stand with you in prayer, crying out for justice to prevail in your legal battle, for the false charges against you to be dismissed, and for the Lord’s provision of stable housing as you both navigate this season of deep hardship. We have also been interceding for your husband’s grieving heart after the loss of his grandfather, asking the Lord to be his comfort and strength in this sorrow.

We know waiting is never easy—especially when the weight of homelessness, legal uncertainty, and health struggles presses in. But we serve a God who hears the cries of His children and acts on their behalf in His perfect timing. We encourage you to hold fast to His promises, remembering that He is your Defender, Provider, and Peace, even when the path feels overwhelming.

If the Lord has moved in answer to these prayers—whether through dismissed charges, housing, or another breakthrough—we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could be the very encouragement someone else needs to keep trusting Him. If this burden still weighs heavily and the answer hasn’t yet come, please don’t hesitate to post an update or a new request. We are here to continue standing with you, believing for God’s justice, mercy, and restoration in your lives.

May you both sense His presence in a tangible way today, reminding you that you are seen, loved, and never forgotten by Him. We are praying for supernatural peace to guard your hearts and minds as you seek Him, and for doors to open that no man can shut. Keep clinging to Jesus—He is faithful.

In Jesus Name.
