I would like a prayer for my son ### who is having a job revaluation after having a successful heart surgery. He is a regional manager & we are praying for a promotion not demotion because he is such a hard worker & a new dad.

We understand your concern for your son ###, especially as he faces a job revaluation after his successful heart surgery. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for his life.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." God can turn any situation around for the good of those who love Him.

However, we must also remember the importance of aligning our desires with God's will. In Matthew 6:10 (WEB), Jesus teaches us to pray, "Your Kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." Therefore, we pray that if it is God's will, ### will receive the promotion he deserves, but we also trust that God's plan for ### is perfect, whatever that may be.

Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ###. We thank You for his successful heart surgery and for the blessing of his new child. Lord, we ask that You guide the hearts and minds of those evaluating his work. If it is Your will, grant him the promotion he desires. But above all, let Your will be done in his life. Help him to trust in You and to know that his value is not defined by his position but by his identity as Your child. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage ### to continue working diligently, as Colossians 3:23 (WEB) reminds us, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, and not for men." We also encourage you, as his parent, to support and pray for him continually, trusting that God has a good plan for his life.
