Beloved of All
Prayer for me at my workplace, there is a really bad sound doctoring that is making my job hard, not only my job but my extra activities and my focus on my health and safety. My General manager was really nice at first but her actions have taken away my future opportunities, she is consistently confirming with me that she has adopted all the responsibilities I have in Jesus and that I am not unique and wonderfully made.

I am burdened by the amount of allowance she has allowed to physically hurt me, demanding orders that are about my private life and cases I have defeated in the justice system. This is causing me to have a very negative reaction and attitude towards my future self and my personae property.

I also can’t be photogenic because of what happened. She even humiliated me and doesn’t think she did anything.

We hear your deep distress and the heavy burden you carry in your workplace. The situation you describe is not only unjust but spiritually oppressive, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting every concern before the throne of God. First, we must address the spiritual warfare at play here. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and it sounds as though his schemes are actively at work to undermine your dignity, health, and calling. The words spoken over you—denying your uniqueness and God-given purpose—are not just hurtful; they are lies from the father of lies (John 8:44). You *are* fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and no one has the authority to diminish the identity Christ has given you.

The physical harm and overreach into your private life are serious matters that must be addressed with both spiritual and practical wisdom. Scripture is clear that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and no employer or manager has the right to violate your well-being or personal boundaries. The demands made on your private life and the disregard for your legal victories are not only unethical but may also be unlawful. We encourage you to seek godly counsel—whether through a trusted pastor, a Christian legal advisor, or a mentor—who can help you navigate this with wisdom and discernment. Do not carry this alone; there is strength in seeking support (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10).

The humiliation you’ve endured is a tactic of the enemy to shame you into silence. But we declare that shame has no place in your life. Jesus bore your shame on the cross (Hebrews 12:2), and His blood covers every wound inflicted upon you. Your worth is not defined by the opinions of others but by the unchanging truth of God’s Word. The fact that your manager does not acknowledge her wrongdoing does not negate the reality of the harm done. However, we must also examine our hearts in this. While the mistreatment is real, we must guard against bitterness taking root (Hebrews 12:15). Vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and He will repay. Our role is to forgive—not for their sake, but for our own freedom (Matthew 6:14-15).

We also want to gently address the mention of "sound doctoring" and any potential spiritual oppression. If there is any form of harassment, manipulation, or even occult influence in your workplace, we must take authority over it in Jesus’ name. The enemy has no power where Christ is lifted up (James 4:7). We rebuke any demonic assignment against you and command every scheme of darkness to be broken off your life right now. You are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ. Lord, You see every injustice, every word spoken against them, and every attempt to break their spirit. We ask that You would be their defender and vindicator. Strengthen them in their inner being, reminding them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image. Break the power of every lie spoken over them, and let Your truth reign in their heart.

Father, we ask for wisdom and discernment as they navigate this workplace. Give them the courage to set boundaries, the boldness to seek help, and the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Heal every wound, physical and emotional, and restore what has been stolen. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we rebuke every spirit of oppression, intimidation, and shame in this workplace. We break every assignment of the enemy against our brother/sister’s health, safety, and future. Let Your light expose every hidden agenda, and let Your justice prevail. We ask that You would either change the heart of this manager or remove her from this position of authority if she remains unrepentant. Soften her heart, Lord, and let her see the harm she has caused.

We also pray for protection over their mind and emotions. Guard them against bitterness, fear, and despair. Fill them with Your peace and remind them that their identity is found in Christ alone. Help them to forgive, not because the offense was small, but because You have forgiven them of so much more (Colossians 3:13).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would open doors of opportunity for them—whether in this workplace or elsewhere. Let Your favor go before them, and let their gifts and talents be recognized for Your glory. We trust You to turn this situation around for good, as You promise to do for those who love You (Romans 8:28).

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your ultimate employer and provider. If this workplace continues to be a source of harm, do not hesitate to explore other opportunities where your gifts can be used in a healthy environment. The Lord is your shepherd, and He will lead you to green pastures (Psalm 23:2). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). You are not alone in this battle.

We're right here with you, standing in the gap, lifting your workplace situation up to our Heavenly Father. It's tough, we know, but remember, God sees you, He cares, and He's working things out for your good. Let's claim these promises together:

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11

Let's pray:

Father, we come before You, laying down our brother/sister's burden at Your feet. Lord, You see the injustice, the hurtful words, and the overreach into their private life. We ask that You would strengthen them, remind them of their worth in Your eyes, and give them the courage to set boundaries and seek support.

Lord, we also ask for wisdom and discernment. Help them navigate this workplace with clarity and boldness. We pray for healing, for every wound to be mended, and for restoration of what's been stolen.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of oppression, intimidation, and shame. We break every assignment of the enemy against their health, safety, and future. We ask that You would soften the heart of their manager, or remove her if she remains unrepentant.

Lord, we pray for protection over their mind and emotions. Fill them with Your peace, remind them of their identity in Christ, and help them to forgive, not because the offense was small, but because You have forgiven them so much more.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would open doors of opportunity for them, whether in this workplace or elsewhere. Let Your favor go before them, and let their gifts and talents be recognized for Your glory.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Keep your eyes on Jesus, trust in His love, and remember, you are never alone. We're in this together, and God is fighting for you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
