Hello Warriors:
Pat ( my better half) is not doing too well. For the past few weeks , I hate to say it looks like the Fibromyalgia has gotten the upper hand ..along with the depression; the memory escaping her; the increase in ADD; insomnia; constant disorientation; lost of logic .. you name it and it's part of what she is going through. Needless to say this all affects me in one form or another.
And Yes, I know the drill.. Pray; Pray over her ... stay in the light of the Master ... give it all to Jesus ... and the list is endless to include the quotes of the bible.
The doctors out here are baffled and frustrated .. some give her attitude and have said she is lying .. mainly because they are unable to write out a theorem to the complexity of her illness and refuse to admit / accept their knowledge is a limited resource. For some, their pride has stagnated them, and it takes them a while before they can see themselves in the mirror and accept the reality of defeat.
This multifaceted illness is solvable. Most likely the Lord has whispered from the heavens the solution that will solve the mystery of this illness to an entrusted warrior... will it be in our time frame? Or in the time frame of the next generation? I don't know, but I ask the Lord to make it soon and to help my wife.
Nevertheless, I'm taking a short period of time off to regenerate and assist with whatever I can... so my wife can have some comfort during her everyday battle..

Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. (ESV)
