Father God,
I lift up Charlemae to YOU today. Our visit was painful but I do see hope in her eyes. I see that YOU have not given up on her.
Father, please gently convict her of her adulterous behaviour. She seems so nonchalant about it. Please come to battle for me and her against the evil temptations of satan. Give her the desire to want a loving, healthy, committed, connected relationship with me. In my heart, I know that not only am I her husband but I am the head of this house YOU have created and I need to take spiritual control. I know YOU are calling me. I feel it, I see it. Each day is a struggle because of my wounded heart but I believe YOU are helping me to heal my wounds, binding them up for me. Please protect Charlemae and call her to obedience. I know that in her heart she desires to make the choices that are pleasing to YOU but her flesh is so weak because of the anger she has for my initiating the separation. I am sorry Father, YOU know how sorry my heart is for what my flesh has done. I was wrong and I repent! I hate divorce! I have always hated divorce! Divorce was never an option for us!!! Please reclaim this marriage as YOURS Father!!! We belong to YOU and not of this world...deliver us from the snares of sin.
Please deliver Brian back to his family so he may repent of his behavior too. I know he desires YOUR will too, as he has mentioned to me and I do not believe YOUR will would include adultery, as it mentions in YOUR Word many times, even YOUR wonderful Son Jesus spoke against divorce and adultery...HE is my example, my Lord.
