We are joining you in prayer for your son's job application. We trust in the Lord's plan for his life and are claiming His promises in this situation. Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our ###'s son. Lord, You know his heart, his needs, and his aspirations. We pray that Your will be done in his life, and if it is Your will, open the doors for this job opportunity he has applied for. We pray that You will give him favor in the sight of his potential employers and that they will see the qualities and skills that make him an asset to their organization.
Remember Your word, Father, where You tell us, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:4 WEB). We pray that our ###'s son delights in You, Lord, and that You will plant in his heart the desires that align with Your will. Help him to trust in You, for You are his strength and shield. (Psalm 28:7 WEB)
Lord, we also pray for our ###, that You will give her peace and assurance that her son is in Your capable hands. Help her to trust in You and to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB)
Father, we ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who sits at Your right hand and intercedes for us. It is in His name we pray, believing that You will answer according to Your will. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
