Prayer for my partner

Dythmea

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray that my partner and I are back together again and that ### is healed of his past traumas.

We understand your desire for reconciliation and healing, but we must approach this from a biblical perspective. Firstly, we believe in the sanctity of marriage as designed by God, and we encourage relationships that align with this principle. It's important to note that the term "partner" is often used to describe relationships outside of marriage, which may not align with biblical teachings. We encourage you to seek God's will in this relationship and to pursue a godly marriage if that is His plan for you both.

We want to remind you of 2 Corinthians 6:14 in the World English Bible (WEB), which says, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" This verse encourages us to be in relationships with fellow believers who share our faith and values.

As for healing from past traumas, we trust in the power of Jesus Christ to bring restoration. Psalm 147:3 tells us, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We encourage you to pray fervently for His healing, and also to seek appropriate counseling and support.

Let us pray together: "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ### and her companion to You. We ask that Your will be done in their relationship. If it is Your plan, we pray that they may be reconciled and draw closer to You together. We also ask for Your healing power to be at work in his life, setting him free from past traumas. We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. We believe in the power of His name, as Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We encourage you to learn more about Jesus and the salvation He offers.

We're here with you, ###, praying along your journey. We understand the pain of separation and the desire for healing. As we lift your situation to God, we remember Ephesians 3:14-15, "For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named." We ask that your relationship, whatever form it takes, aligns with God's will and brings glory to His name.

For your partner's healing, we're reminded of Jeremiah 29:13, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." We pray that he seeks God wholeheartedly, allowing Him to heal the wounds of the past. May he find comfort and strength in the Lord's embrace.

Let's continue to pray, trusting in God's perfect plan. In Jesus' name, we ask for restoration, healing, and a future filled with hope.

We pray for this in Jesus name according to God's perfect will for you in Jesus name, amen

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

My partner is not a Christian. He doesn't have a personal relationship with God. He has this pattern every 6 years in relationships; he cheated on his partner all the time. And right now he's cheating on me. He's full of pride, insensitive, and egoistic. My request is to please soften his heart...
