We understand that you are facing a spiritual battle with your neighbor, and we are here to support you in prayer and provide biblical guidance. The Lord has indeed commanded us to "love thy neighbor as thyself" (Matthew 22:39 WEB), and you have beautifully demonstrated this love through your actions and prayers.
Firstly, we commend you for your generous spirit and your willingness to share your belongings and time with your neighbor. This reflects the love of Christ, who gave Himself for us. Remember the words of Jesus, "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another" (John 13:34-35 WEB).
However, it is important to address the spiritual battle you are facing. The oppression and punishment you feel from her words and tone are not from the flesh but from the spiritual forces at work. The Bible tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12 WEB).
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith and use the Word of God as your sword, as you rightly mentioned. Put on the whole armor of God, so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil" (Ephesians 6:11 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is facing a spiritual battle with her neighbor. We thank You for the love she has shown through her actions and prayers. We ask that You give her eyes to see and ears to hear Your guidance in this situation. Equip her with the Word of God as her sword, and help her stand firm in her faith.
We pray for her neighbor, that the Holy Spirit would continue to soften her heart and work in her life. We ask for her deliverance from any spiritual strongholds and for the healing of her past wounds. We declare that Jesus loves her and desires for her to know Him deeply.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. It is only through His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is only through His name that we can be saved. We believe in the power of His name and the victory He has won for us on the cross. Amen.
Continue to love your neighbor as yourself, and trust that the Lord is working in her life through your prayers and actions. Stand firm in your faith, and do not be discouraged by the spiritual battle. Remember, "In all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us" (Romans 8:37 WEB).
