Prayer for my mental health. depression, anxiety ...

I just said a prayer for you, friend. May the Lord touch you with His healing hand, give you the deliverance you need and help you experience His strength, peace, and joy in a special way. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this comforting thought from the psalmist: "I sought the Lord, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears." (Psalm 34: 4).

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. Prayer for my mental health. depression, anxiety and all of the other ones I have it is taking my body and health downhill and my mind. God answer desperate

I'm praying for you now and ask that you also pray for the same things for myself. My depression, anxiety and mental health have also really taken a toll on my physical health in the past year especially. I lost 3 of the last 4 of my family members in just the last 4 short years. Younger brother from cancer, then my mother from old age, a lump in her throat that wouldn't let her swallow and then my only and older sister just 4 months ago. Just 1 brother left who doesn't care much about me,..he's very wealthy but Atheist and married to a man so I can't even talk about God with him. He gets angry...which we know that's the devil controlling his soul because why should my belief in Jesus Christ anger him..I don't get angry that he's Atheist but feel bad because you HAVE TO believe in Jesus to ever enter Heaven. I'm not perfect...no man is..except for Jesus, but I KNOW He was The Son of God and those who believe it in their hearts and aren't afraid to confess it with their mouths to ANYONE will see Heaven. Jesus said "blessed is he that believes yet has never seen" and I trust fully in his word!! I know He died on The Cross for me/everyone and rose again to life on the 3rd day that Sunday morning so I know my soul is safe again, even though I'm not 100% perfect but strive to be every day and my heart only feels love for people...especially the less fortunate, the broken hearted, etc. I'll cry seeing commercials sometimes that show abused children or animals and know my heart is good....not wicked by any means! But yeah I'm praying for you more now and I need the same prayers. God bless you and remember you can't do anything to yourself because that def excludes a person from going to Heaven. I would've swan dove off THE GG Bridge months ago if not for my faith and knowing suicide is an irredeemable sin!! But yeah, it's hard going on like this but tribulation leads to patience, patience leads to hope, and hope leads to faith!! Amen
