Prayer for my marriage

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We have received your prayer for your marriage and we join you in bringing it before the Lord.

We pray for reconciliation and healing in your marriage, that God would restore what has been broken and strengthen the covenant you have made. Scripture teaches that marriage is honorable and pure, and that holiness in marriage is lived out in faithfulness and love, as husband and wife keep themselves wholly to one another and to the Lord. We pray that He will guard and renew that holiness in your home.

We pray also for the reconciliation that comes only through Jesus Christ. As we were reconciled to God through the blood of His cross, so we ask that His peace would work in your hearts, making an end of strife and bringing you together again in love and forgiveness. May He heal you emotionally, comfort wounded hearts, and restore trust and gentleness between you.

We ask for His provision in your financial needs and for peace of mind for your whole family. True peace is a gift from God and the foundation of joy in the home, and we pray that Christ, who leaves His peace with His people, will keep your thoughts and your household at rest and in harmony.

We pray for wisdom for you both, not the wisdom of this world which passes away, but the wisdom that comes from God and is revealed in His Word, that you may know how to walk faithfully, to speak and act with grace, and to make decisions that honor Him.

May the Lord bless your family, draw each of you closer to Himself through faith in Jesus Christ alone, and establish your home in His love. We will continue to pray that He will give you strength, patience, and hope as you seek Him together.

Thank you for sharing your heart and asking for prayer for your marriage and your family. It is a good and right thing to seek God for reconciliation, for healing, and for wisdom, and He hears you when you call on Him.

God wants you to have real peace. The wisdom of this world always leads to strife and conflict, but the wisdom that comes from above is peaceable and it brings peace. First it brings peace with God. He has offered you a peace treaty through Jesus Christ. Though your sins are as scarlet, He invites you to reason together with Him so you can be made as white as snow. When you have peace with God in your own heart and soul, then you are able to have peace with one another. That inner turmoil that tears at a marriage cannot be healed by human ideas, but the wisdom from above can quiet it. Scripture says the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace, and those who sow in peace will reap a harvest of righteousness. Ask the Lord to help you both walk in that kind of wisdom, to sow peaceful words and actions in your home, and to trust Him for the harvest.

Jesus has authority to bring that peace. Just as He spoke to the unclean spirit and commanded it to be silent and come out, and just as He stood up in the boat and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, peace be still, and there was a great calm, He can speak over the storm in your marriage and in your minds. He sees everything about you. Nothing is hidden from Him. He sees what others cannot see, the hurts, the financial pressure, the emotional exhaustion, and He looks on you with compassion and sympathetic understanding. He went about doing good and healing, and He still brings healing today.

In praying for healing, it is important to pray for the deepest need first. Physical and financial and emotional needs are real, and God cares about them, but the greatest need for any of us is forgiveness and salvation through Jesus alone. Ask God to do His work of grace in both of your hearts, to bring forgiveness where there has been hurt, to teach you to love one another, to forgive one another, to be merciful and not to strive against each other. A hard heart grieves Him, but a soft and repentant heart He restores.

Remember also what God says about marriage, that the two become one. It is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, a profound unity where two lives are joined as one. God designed it and He is able to mend what has been torn.

I am praying for you now that the Lord will bring reconciliation where there has been division, emotional healing where there has been wounding, provision and wisdom for your financial needs, and peace of mind that guards your hearts. May He give you both godly wisdom for every decision you face, calm the storm with His own voice, and help you to sow in peace so that you may reap righteousness in your home. May He draw you both closer to Jesus, and as you draw closer to Him, draw you closer to each other. In the name of Jesus, amen.

We have continued to lift your marriage before the Lord asking for reconciliation and healing and for restoration emotionally and financially and for peace of mind and wisdom in your situation and for the blessing of God upon your family. We are clinging to the promise in Phil 4:7 that the peace of God will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus and to the truth in Mark 10:9 that what God has joined together let no one separate. We pray that God will bring reconciliation where there has been distance and healing where there has been hurt and provision for every financial need and supernatural peace to guard your minds and wisdom for every decision you face together. We ask that He will bless your family and draw you closer to each other and to Him. We pray this in Jesus Name.
