Prayer for my job situation

Thank you for sharing your burden with us and for your trust as you have seen the Lord answer prayer before. We have heard your concern about your new position as an analyst, the changes in your duties, being moved to more basic work, the tension with your manager, and your fear that you may be removed as others are hired. We will pray for you in this difficult situation.
We pray that God will give you wisdom and steadiness in the workplace, and that He will guide your managers to act with fairness and clarity. We ask that the Lord will open a right path for you, whether it is to remain and be established in this lab or to provide another place where you can use the training and gifts He has given you. We also pray for your manager, that God would soften any anger or misunderstanding and give you both grace to speak and listen well to one another.
In times like this, remember that God sees all your labor, even the lowly and hidden tasks. When you are asked to do basic work that feels beneath your training, do it as unto the Lord with diligence and humility. Do not be anxious to prove yourself by contending for position, but show by faithful, quiet work and a respectful spirit what you are able to do. If you have opportunity to speak about your skills and desire to help with special projects, do so gently and with deference to those set over you, trusting God with the outcome rather than pressing the matter in a way that stirs conflict.
Scripture teaches us to bear every trial with thankfulness, knowing that God permits hardships both to refine us and to make us approved. He is a debtor who does not forget what is done for Him, and He repays in His own time and in the way that is best for our souls, sometimes now and sometimes in the life to come. Your security finally does not rest in a job title or in the favor of any manager, but in Christ. Poverty and plenty, honor and obscurity are alike in His hands, and He can make even a difficult workplace a place of training in patience, self control, and trust.
Therefore do not give way to fear that you will be cast aside, but commit your work to the Lord each day. Continue to fulfill your duties faithfully, keep a clear record of your work, follow proper order with HR when needed, and seek wise counsel from mature believers around you. Guard your heart from bitterness and from speaking against your manager to others, and instead pray for her.
May the Lord grant you peace, keep you from anxiety, and show you His good will for your life. May He give you favor where it is needed, endurance where you must wait, and a clear door to walk through when He opens it. We trust Him to provide for you and to use you for His glory wherever He places you.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
