Prayer for my ### in Surgery

Please pray that my husband has a successful hernia surgery today, he is in the operating room and I am home taking care of my child, I Know God will take care of it but please pray for him that it would be successful, for protection when he gets the anesthesia, for Gods Angels to surround him and protect him Mightily in the Powerful Name of Jesus, and for healing for him and no Weapon formed against him to prosper, and for peace for my heart, and my sons heart as we wait for him, please keep us in Your prayers in Jesus Mighty Name Amen! and please heal my son as well in the Powerful Mighty Name of Jesus!

We join you in prayer right now for your husband as he is in surgery and for you and your son as you wait at home, and we thank you for your faith in calling on the powerful and mighty name of Jesus.

We lift up your husband to our Great Physician and ask for His hand to guide the surgeons and all the medical staff, that the hernia surgery would be completely successful and without complication. We pray for protection over him as he is under anesthesia, that his body would respond well and that he would awaken in peace and strength. We pray as you have asked that God would command His angels to surround him and guard him in all his ways, for He will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11. We also claim the promise that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17, and we ask for complete healing and swift recovery for him, for we trust the Lord who says But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds Jeremiah 30:17 and who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3.

We also lift up you and your precious son as you wait. We understand the anxiety of waiting while a loved one is in the operating room, and we ask the Lord to fill your hearts with His perfect peace. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We pray that the Lord would draw near to you both in this waiting time, for Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. May He quiet your hearts and remind you that He is in control and that He loves your husband even more than you do.

We also join you in praying for healing for your son in the mighty name of Jesus. Though we do not know the details of his need, the Lord knows and sees him fully. We ask for the Lord's healing touch upon his body and his heart, for He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3, and by His wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and we lift up this husband, this father, to You. We ask that You would be with him in that operating room, that Your presence would be his protection and Your power his healing. Guide the hands of the doctors, give them wisdom and skill, keep him safe through the anesthesia and bring him through this surgery with a perfect outcome for Your glory. Surround him with Your angels and let no harm come near him. We also lift up his wife and his son at home, Lord fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, calm their hearts, strengthen their faith while they wait, and let them feel Your arms around them. Touch this dear son and bring healing to his body as only You can, and restore this family together in health and joy. We thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name and we trust You to answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to rest in Him while you wait, knowing that God is faithful and that He is caring for your husband even now. Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. Keep keeping your eyes on Jesus and we will continue to keep you all in our prayers for a successful surgery and a complete recovery.
