Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing your heart and asking for prayer for your precious little daughter. It is completely understandable that you feel torn and burdened by this decision, especially when she is so young and cannot understand what is happening in her body. God sees both of you, He loves your daughter deeply, and He cares about every detail of her life and your concern as her parent.
Scripture teaches that wisdom is the principal thing, more valuable than rubies or riches, and that nothing we desire can compare with it. Knowledge can give us facts, like lab results and bone age readings, but wisdom is the proper application of that knowledge. Wisdom knows how to use facts rightly, with prudence and understanding. That is what you are seeking now, not just information, but the ability to apply it well for your daughter's good.
The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord, a reverent trust in Him and a desire to honor Him in every decision. Wisdom is pictured as a person calling out in the street, inviting all who will listen to come and partake, as if a banquet has been prepared. That invitation is still open. In Jesus Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, and He freely offers His wisdom to those who ask.
Remember how Solomon, when he faced a great responsibility, did not ask for wealth or ease but asked God for wisdom to do what was right. God was pleased with that prayer and gave him wisdom, and with it many other blessings. In the same way you are invited to ask God for wisdom. He promises that if anyone lacks wisdom, he should ask God who gives generously without finding fault, and it will be given.
There is a difference between the wisdom that comes from above and wisdom that is merely earthly. True wisdom from God brings peace, purity, and clarity, and it can be seen in its fruit. It dwells with prudence and finds sound knowledge. It preserves and keeps those who love it. It is a defense and it gives life. As you pray, ask the Lord to give you that kind of wisdom, wisdom that is calm, clear, and rooted in trust in Him.
As you seek the Lord, continue to use the good and careful means He has provided. You have already sought medical counsel, and it is wise to keep asking careful questions, to understand the benefits and risks, and to seek confirmation if needed so that you can act with prudence. Bring all of that knowledge before the Lord and ask Him to guide you to apply it rightly.

Father, in the name of Jesus we bring this little girl before You and we bring her mother who loves her so much. You formed this child and You know her body and her future. We ask You to pour out Your Spirit of wisdom and understanding upon her mother. Give her clarity, peace, and confidence to make the decision that is best for her daughter's health and well being. Guide the doctors with knowledge and prudence. Guard this little one's heart and body, and let her grow in Your care and grace. Give this family Your comfort and the assurance that You are present and leading them step by step. Amen.
