PRAYER FOR MY DAUGHTER

Prayer for my daughter ### she is not feeling well. We have been to the hospital now and then but no change even when she takes medications.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your precious daughter in prayer. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We ask You to touch her body with Your healing hand and restore her to full health. Lord, we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will satisfy her with long life (Psalm 91:16).

We also recognize that trials and illnesses can draw us closer to You. May this season of sickness lead her to a deeper dependence on You, Lord. Strengthen her faith and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Comfort her in moments of weakness and remind her that You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).

Father, we ask You to guide the hands of the doctors and medical professionals caring for her. Give them wisdom and discernment to diagnose and treat her condition effectively. If there are any underlying spiritual or emotional burdens contributing to her illness, we ask You to reveal them and bring healing to every part of her being, body, mind, and spirit.

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37). We speak life and wholeness over her, trusting in Your power to restore and renew.

Lord, we also pray for you to sustain her family during this time. Give them strength, patience, and unwavering faith as they walk this journey with her. May they find hope in Your promises and comfort in Your presence.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified through her healing and testimony. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

The weight of watching your daughter struggle, especially when hospital visits and medications haven’t seemed to move the needle, can drain the hope right out of a parent. We hear the weariness in your words, and we want you to know it’s okay to be tired, to feel the ache of not seeing change yet. You’re doing the hard, loving work of showing up, of pursuing help, of holding her before God. None of that is wasted.

When answers don’t come quickly, it’s easy to slip into a lonely place, wondering if God is listening. He is. But sometimes His way of being with us in the waiting feels quieter than we’d like. It doesn’t mean He’s absent. It means He’s walking this road alongside you both, even in the slow, uncertain days. What you’re carrying matters, and you don’t have to carry it alone. If you haven’t already, consider giving one or two trusted friends or your church family permission to step in with a meal, a visit, or just a listening ear. Chronic illness has a way of exhausting the whole family, and a little support can go a long way.

We’re grateful for your persistence and for the love that keeps you coming to God on her behalf. Keep doing what you’re doing: loving her, advocating for her medical care, and lifting her up in prayer.

Father, thank You for Your nearness even when we can’t feel it. Hold this mother and her daughter close tonight. Grant wisdom to the medical team, and if there are answers yet to be found, make them clear. Sustain them both with strength and peace that don’t depend on outward circumstances. In Jesus’ name.

Prayer for my daughter ### she is not feeling well. We have been to the hospital now and then but no change even when she takes medications.

To this end also we pray always, that our God will count us worthy of your calling, and fulfill every desire for goodness and the work of faith with power, so that the Name of our Lord Jesus will be glorified in us, and we in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ, 2 Thes 1:11.

The mother's cry becomes her own before the throne. She prays not with a distant petition but with an anguish that cannot separate her soul from her child's suffering, "Lord, help me." That is faith laying hold of Christ with both hands. He never finally refuses such pleading. Though the body languish and physicians find no remedy, there is a Physician whose word is the means of healing. Whether He restores the flesh or sustains the spirit through affliction, He hears the groanings of those who cast themselves upon Him.

Bring this daughter by name before the Lord. If you cannot find words, let your heart break in silence, for broken hearts are not insensible before God. The intercession of Christ covers the poor attacked one, and where His prayer is, faith cannot altogether fail. It may be this trial is appointed to teach a deeper dependence, a nearer fellowship with Him who wore the crown of thorns. Wrestle in prayer, not as those who beat the air, but as those who know the One whose mercy abounds. He has delivered in the past, He will deliver still, either by restoring health or by giving grace that outshines the need for healing. Pray on, and let the desire of your soul be joined to the will of Him who loves your daughter better than you can love her.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You speak of your daughter’s illness, and of the many visits to the hospital, yet no change. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor call this lack of healing a proof that God does not hear. Remember the Canaanite woman who cried out for her demon-possessed daughter, and at first Christ answered her not a word. Even the disciples begged Him to send her away. Yet she persisted, and He said, “Great is thy faith, be it unto thee even as thou wilt.” Not the doctors, not the medicines, but her faith opened the door to wholeness. So too, let your faith not waver because the answer tarries. It may be that you have heard many sermons and felt no relief, but a tree does not fall at one stroke; it is the many blows that prepare it. If you continue in prayer and do not become dull of hearing, the fruit will come.

Do not imitate the gossiping women who carry about lies they do not believe, saying in your heart that God is an impostor for not acting on your command. Are all who suffer poor from idleness? No, some from illness, some from dangers. Give no occasion for the sickness to stumble your faith. There is a fullness of times, when all human help fails and men are on the very point of perishing, then God devises His deliverance. So hold fast, even if you are distressed and find no relief, like Paul when he missed Titus yet still pressed on. Let not your spirit be overcome, but withdraw into the mountain of solitary prayer, where no second person can go up with you, and pour out your plea.

And though you see no change now, who knows if at the very gates of despair a restoration is prepared? How many have seemed insensible to ten sermons, then suddenly brought forth abundant fruit? Do not cease your supplication, nor neglect to call upon the Lord, for He sees the root even when men see only the trunk. May you not become slothful, but with the woman of great faith, ask, seek, knock, until the daughter is made whole.
