We are deeply grateful to hear of your thankfulness and the ways God has already moved in your life through this ministry. Your hard work as a single mother, balancing two jobs while actively parenting your children, is a testament to your strength and dedication. We honor your commitment to providing for your family, and we join you in lifting this request before the Lord, knowing that He is your ultimate Provider and Protector.
The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* You are not forgotten, and your labor is seen by Him. As you seek His favor over your employment, we are encouraged by Colossians 3:23-24, which says, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."* Your diligence is an act of worship, and we pray that God grants you not only security in your positions but also the energy and wisdom to excel in them.
We also turn to Proverbs 16:3, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* As you commit your work and responsibilities to Him, we ask that He would open doors for continued overtime and opportunities to meet your family’s needs. May He grant you supernatural strength and peace as you balance your many roles, remembering that *"he gives power to the weak; and to him who has no might, he increases strength"* (Isaiah 40:29).
However, we must gently address something important: in your prayer, the name of Jesus was not invoked. Scripture is clear that our access to the Father is through Jesus alone. In John 14:6, Jesus declares, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And in Acts 4:12, we read, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* It is only by the authority of Jesus’ name that we can boldly approach the throne of grace. We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him that our prayers are heard and answered.
Now, let us pray together for you and your children:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this faithful mother who works tirelessly to provide for her family. Lord, we ask for Your hand of protection over her jobs—guard her positions, Lord, and let her be valued and secure in them. Grant her favor with her employers and coworkers, and open doors for continued overtime so that she may meet the needs of her household. Father, we ask that You would sustain her with Your strength, filling her with energy, wisdom, and peace as she balances her responsibilities. Remind her daily that You are her Provider, and that her labor is not in vain when it is done for Your glory.
We pray for her children as well, Lord. Protect them, guide them, and let them grow in the knowledge and love of You. Surround this family with Your peace and provision, and let them experience Your faithfulness in every area of their lives. Father, we rebuke any spirit of weariness, anxiety, or doubt that may try to creep in. Instead, fill this home with Your joy and trust in You.
We thank You, Lord, for the ways You have already answered her prayers and for the testimony of Your goodness in her life. May she continue to seek You first in all things, and may her faith be strengthened as she sees Your hand at work. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Trust in His timing and His provision, and do not hesitate to bring every concern to Him in prayer. You are seen, you are loved, and you are not alone in this journey. May the Lord continue to bless you and your children abundantly as you walk in faith and obedience to Him.
