prayer for my children

Lord I lift up Jesse and Stephanie to you.

Jesse spends every hour that he can watching Tv. I worry that he is isolating himself from others. Please bring Christian friends into his life and draw him to your side. Please strengthen his relationship with you and draw him to your word. Stephanie never wants to talk to be unless I am buying her something. She always aks like I am bothering her. She has been at her dad’s house for a month and has not called me once. I call her and she seams to busy to talk to me. I don’t know what to do. Please Lord watch over and unite my family in love and compassion for each other. In Jesus name I pray

Father, I come before you asking your intercession on behalf of this mother and her children. Heal the wounds that separation has caused. Repair the rift between mother and daughter. Re-energize her son so that he realizes there is much more to life than TV. Strengthen this mother and provide her with resolve to continue to be there for her children, even though she feels unappreciated and unloved. Guide these children to reestablish their relationship with their mom and others and bring peace and happiness to this family. Amen
