Prayer for my broken heart

I'm in desperate need of prayers right now. I was engaged to a man, and sadly my relationship ended because it was based off of lies and deceit. My ex was a narcissist sociopath and an addict. All of this I didn't find out until I was already in love and he stole my medication, then the cheating and more lies continued. Until December 1st I ended it, but all the mental damage that was done had affected me in ways I can't put into words. There are so many unanswered questions, my heart is broken. I loved him with all of me and trying to understand that it was all a lie on his end is gut-wrenching. I have spent the last 30 days trying to pick up the pieces but I feel like a whirlwind and I feel like I can't move forward. I have prayed and I have been going to a counselor, but the truth is I love him and even through all the bad it is breaking my heart. I would appreciate any prayers for healing and strength.
