We understand the weight of your concerns for your team and the pressures of meeting sales targets, as the stability of your livelihoods rests upon your performance. Yet, we must first address something of even greater importance—the name in which we approach our Heavenly Father. Your request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to God and by whom we are saved. The Scriptures are clear: *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, that our prayers are heard and our needs met. If you have not yet placed your trust in Him, we urge you to repent of your sins and believe in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB).
Now, let us turn to your request with hearts aligned to God’s will. The anxiety you feel about your work and the fear of losing your jobs are understandable, but we must remember the words of Jesus: *"Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ... But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient"* (Matthew 6:25, 33-34, WEB). Your Heavenly Father knows your needs, and He is faithful to provide as you seek Him first.
That said, we also recognize the biblical principle of diligence in our work. Proverbs 22:29 tells us, *"Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will stand before kings. He won’t stand before obscure men"* (WEB). And Colossians 3:23 reminds us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (WEB). So while we trust in God’s provision, we must also commit our work to Him with excellence, integrity, and perseverance.
We must also caution against placing our ultimate security in our jobs or performance, for our true security is found in Christ alone. *"Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also"* (Matthew 6:19-21, WEB). If your identity or peace is tied to your job rather than your relationship with God, we encourage you to repent and realign your heart with His purposes.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this brother/sister and their entire team. Lord, You are the Provider, the One who owns the cattle on a thousand hills and supplies all our needs according to Your riches in glory. We ask that You grant them wisdom, favor, and diligence in their work. Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, and let their efforts bear fruit that exceeds their targets. Protect their jobs, not just for their sake, but so that they may continue to provide for their families and be a light for You in their workplaces.
Father, we also pray that You would guard their hearts from fear and anxiety. Remind them that their worth is not in their performance but in their identity as Your children. If any among them do not yet know You, Lord, we ask that You draw them to Yourself through this season. Let them see Your faithfulness and turn to You in repentance and faith.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, lack, or failure that may be looming over them. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we declare that You are their Provider, their Strength, and their Shield. Let them walk in confidence, not in their own abilities, but in Your promises. And if there are areas where they have made their jobs idols or placed their trust in anything other than You, convict them and lead them to repentance.
Finally, Lord, we pray that this team would glorify You in all they do. Let their words and actions reflect Your love and integrity, so that others may see their good works and give glory to You. May they seek first Your Kingdom and trust You with the rest.
