We lift up your family before the Lord, especially your mother and father, who are facing health struggles. It is a heavy burden to see loved ones suffer, but we know that our God is the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and sustains us in every trial. The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 103:2-4**, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases; who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies."* We claim this promise over your parents, asking the Lord to restore their strength, bring healing to their bodies, and grant them peace in their hearts.
Yet we must also ask: have your mother and father placed their faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior? True healing—both physical and spiritual—comes through Him alone. **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* If they have not yet surrendered their lives to Christ, we pray that this season of weakness would open their eyes to their need for Him. There is no greater gift than eternal life, and we urge you to share the Gospel with them if they do not know Him. Salvation is found in no one else, for *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (**Acts 4:12**).
We also encourage you to trust in the Lord’s timing and sovereignty. His ways are higher than ours, and even in suffering, He is working for the good of those who love Him (**Romans 8:28**). Let this time draw your family closer to Him, seeking His face in prayer and His Word for comfort. **James 5:14-15** instructs us, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."*
Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this family and their beloved parents. Lord Jesus, You bore our infirmities and carried our diseases on the cross—we ask for Your healing touch upon them now. Strengthen their bodies, renew their spirits, and surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. If there is any sin or unbelief hindering Your work in their lives, convict their hearts and lead them to repentance. Draw them into a saving relationship with You, Lord, if they do not yet know You. Comfort this family, unite them in faith, and let them witness Your mighty power in this situation. We ask all this in the precious and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stand firm in faith, brother, and continue to intercede for your family. The Lord hears the cries of His children, and He will act. Trust in Him, and do not grow weary in prayer. We are praying with you.
