Prayer For Loss Of My ### ###

Lord I do trust in Your Word with all my heart but I just ask if You would please help me understand why ### was taken from us. He was doing so well and moving on and then this happens. We are broken I honestly have no idea how we will be able to go on. Please Lord Help Us understand. ### was in a automobile accident on December 28, 2010 and was killed. He was only ### yrs old he had struggled with his addiction to alcohol but had stopped drinking and went back to school and was so excited that he had passed all his classes with A's. As my niece described him at his service ### was a quiet soul, loving, compassionate, and so so kind to everyone. Please pray for me and my family especially his parents who are struggling being this was their only child makes this so much harder for them.

I have one child, a ### year old daughter. I do think about how I would handle her death. Frankly, I think it would be like dying a thousand deaths. I'll help your family as best I can!

Lord God - I pray for Your deep and enduring presence with each member of this family. I know how deep their questions run - I have lost two young brothers in my lifetime - so I especially pray for peace and comfort within their hearts, minds and souls. Although we never really understand why loved ones are taken from us, I do know that time is a healer, and that although a tragic circumstance, something surrounding this will be used for good and to Your glory. You are a loving and kind God, merciful and just. I pray that You would help this family through this journey - heal their hearts, strengthen their resolve, be the anchor for their stand. Let them feel the prayers of others rising to Your throne on their behalf. In the name of Jesus Christ, thank You for the life of ### and the impact he had on others. We praise You and seek You now.
