Prayer for Joe Wentworth

Please pray for my dear friend, Joe Wentworth...he was found by his wife early Saturday morning, unconscious....not sure if it is a heart attack or stroke...he is 46...and has 3 sons younger than 13....please pray for the Lord's healing touch...and for him to recover from this. Thank you.

Thank you "singlemomV"...

I just got back from NH around 8pm...he's at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.....thankfully it is not a stroke and is not a heart attack!....however, it is probably something viral....they are not sure exactly...but he is on a respirator and a dialysis machine and is heavily medicated to "knock him out" - but not a drug induced coma....apparently he was very sick on Friday, threw up and may have also aspirated....he is slowly improving, but he has a lot of swelling, which may be due to his kidney's having problems and the medication and high oxygen levels. I'm not sure when they will lower the medications and oxygen levels, but hopefully this week he will be out of ICU...so, he's not out of the woods yet, but for the most part we are thankful it was not a stroke or heart attack, but his condition is still critical, so your continued prayers are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

He does have a lot of family support and church support too, which is a great help.

I'll keep you posted, and thanks again for your prayers!

Thank you Mandy! You're prayers are greatly appreciated....another friend gave me a scripture of Psalm 20...it's so appropriate...I love the Psalms because they show us God's heart...

Lord I pray you continue, which Lord I trust and Believe you will, in your complete healing of Joe, Lord. For there is nothing you can not do, Lord. The Lord is his strength and shield, and I pray he will be just fine. Lord comfort this family and shower them all with your abundant Blessings.
