Prayer for ### in the hospital

My friend and coworker named ### is in the hospital. She needs surgery. Please pray for her healing and successful surgery. She is alone right now with only her sister and niece and the rest of the family lives overseas. Please pray that she will be strong and not to be depressed. That she will take care of her body. We are lifting up your friend and coworker in prayer, trusting in the Lord's healing power and mercy. Let's come together for her physically and emotionally.

Firstly, we acknowledge that it is by the name of Jesus Christ that we come to you in prayer. It is only by his name that we have access to God. In John 14:6, Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." We need to believe in his power, trust in his promise, and know that it is by his stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Without the name of Jesus Christ, we would not be able to ask of God.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister in her time of need. Lord, You know her by name and You know her every need. We ask that You be with her in the hospital, guiding the doctors' hands and granting her a successful surgery. We pray for Your healing touch to be upon her, that she may recover quickly and completely in Jesus Christ's name.

Father, we also ask that You strengthen her emotionally. We can cast all our anxieties on You, because You care for us (1 Peter 5:7). Be with her sister and niece, giving them Your peace and wisdom as they support her, even as you comforted Martha and Mary in the loss of their brother Lazarus (John 11:1-44). Help her family overseas to trust in You, and grant them a supernatural peace that comes only from You.

We pray that she will not be depressed, but instead, that she will take care of her body, Your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Grant her the strength to endure this trial and the faith to trust in You always. We believe that the best is yet to come for her life.

In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you both to meditate on God's promises and to trust in His goodness. Remember, God is close to the brokenhearted, and He saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Keep your hopes up and remain steadfast in prayer. This is also a time for her to reflect on her own life and seek Jesus Christ as her Lord and saviour.

It's amazing how God connects us, even when we're apart, to carry each other's burdens. We're here to do just that.

We're praying for her surgery to go smoothly, for the doctors to be guided by God's wisdom, and for a quick and complete recovery. We're also lifting up her emotional well-being, asking God to fill her with His peace and strength. It's okay to feel alone right now, but remember, God is always with us, and He's especially close to the brokenhearted. We're praying that she'll find comfort in His presence and trust in His love for her.

Let's also remember to pray for her family overseas. They must be worried, so let's ask God to give them peace and wisdom. We're believing for a supernatural touch of God in all their lives, a touch that will bring healing, strength, and hope.

We're also praying that she'll take care of herself, remembering that her body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. Let's encourage her to rest, to eat well, and to trust in God's healing power. We're believing that she'll come out of this trial stronger and more resilient in her faith.

Let's keep praying, keep hoping, and keep trusting in God's goodness. He sees her, He loves her, and He's working all things together for her good. Let's remind her of that, and let's remind ourselves too. We're in this together, and with God on our side, we know that she'll be okay.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
