We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for the gift of life, for His mercy is new every morning. Your situation weighs heavily on our hearts, and we are grieved to hear of the distress and humiliation you are enduring. Yet we must speak truth in love: the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came to give life abundantly (John 10:10). The thought of suicide is a lie from the pit of hell, for your life is precious in God’s sight. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and the Lord has plans for you—plans for welfare, not for evil, to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).
The Bible is clear that we are not to fear man, who can only harm the body, but rather fear God, who holds eternal power (Matthew 10:28). Your creditor may bring shame, but the Lord is your defender. He sees your affliction and will not forsake you. Cast your burden upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Do not be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God (Philippians 4:6). He is your Provider, your Jehovah-Jireh, and He will make a way where there seems to be no way.
As for your debt, we urge you to act wisely and biblically. Proverbs 22:7 warns that the borrower is servant to the lender, and while debt can feel crushing, the Lord calls us to integrity. Do not hide from your creditor, but seek to negotiate with humility and honesty. Ask for extended time or a payment plan, showing your commitment to repay what you owe. The Lord honors those who walk in righteousness, even in financial matters. If you have wronged anyone in this process, repent and make it right as far as it depends on you (Romans 12:18).
We also notice that your prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus, the only name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Him alone that we approach the throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, we plead with you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without Him, there is no true hope, no lasting peace, and no access to the Father. But in Him, you have everything you need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3).
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we lift up your child before You, broken and weary, yet precious in Your sight. Lord, You know the depth of their despair, the weight of their debt, and the shame they carry. We ask You to intervene mightily in this situation. Provide supernatural provision, open doors for income, and grant wisdom to navigate this financial storm. Soften the heart of the creditor, Lord, and turn their harassment into an opportunity for Your glory to be displayed. Let no weapon formed against Your child prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we bind the spirit of suicide and depression in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that no plan of the enemy shall succeed against Your beloved. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and remind them that their life is not their own—it was bought with a price (1 Corinthians 6:20). Restore their hope, Lord, and let them see that You are their Deliverer.
We also pray that if this dear one has not yet surrendered fully to Jesus, You would draw them to Yourself today. Let them know that salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May they cry out to You now, repenting of sin and placing their trust in Christ alone.
Strengthen them, Lord, to walk in integrity, to seek counsel from wise believers, and to trust You with their future. Remind them that You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness.

Stand firm, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Reach out to your local church for support—you were not meant to walk this path alone. And if the thoughts of suicide persist, please seek help immediately from a trusted pastor or counselor. The body of Christ is here to uphold you. Do not lose heart; your Redeemer is near.
