Prayer for help to lose weight.
I propose myself to lose weight this year and I need help for it.

Father, I come in front of you because I made a decision to lose weight and I want to be with me in this again. Thank you for the first time that I lost weight and also for this baby that you have given to me. Father, I want to lose the weight that I have put on me during the pregnancy and after during the breastfeeding, and I know that I can't do this alone. I have made plans for it, how to eat and how much, and also how to exercise, but I know Father that I'm a person that is losing interest quickly and I know that I need help to be constant in this and for that I ask to give me interest to lose weight, desire like a fire for losing weight, and courage and determination to fight for it.
Father, I'm feeling that I'm in another body but not mine. Father, I want to claim my body, I want to be skinny again, not because of clothes but because of my children... I want to spend quality time with them and to grow with them. And I want desperately to really win back my husband's heart and his faith in marriage.
Father, I'm asking forgiveness for the way that I've been using this body and I need your help to correct myself in it. For that, I'm asking Father to correct my attitude and my mind in it, give me correct thinking and understanding of the problems that I have.
Help me and give me methods on how to achieve my goal this year.
I've made plans to lose 99 pounds and I need again your help.
