Prayer For Health

My prayer is for my neighbour, whose husband has recently been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. She has taken him home and they are now going through the hardest time together - awaiting the death of your beloved partner.

I pray that they will find the strength to go through this most difficult of times together, in the end one to join the Lord and the other to make it to the other side of grief. Please pray for them.

O Saint Peregrine, you who have been called "The Wonder-Worker" because of the numerous miracles which you have obtained from God for those who have had recourse to you, who for so many years bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fiber of our being, and who had recourse to the source of all grace when the power of man could do no more: you who were favored with the vision of Jesus coming down from His Cross to heal your affliction, ask of God and Our Lady the cure of these sick persons whom we entrust to you (names of those for whom you are praying, including yourself if need be). Aided in this way by your powerful intercession, we shall sing praise to God for His great goodness and mercy. Amen.

Do not look forward to what may happen

tomorrow; the same everlasting Father who cares

for you today will take care of you tomorrow and

every day. Either He will shield you from suffering,

or He will give you unfailing strength to bear it.

Be at peace, then. Put aside all anxious thoughts and

imaginations, and say continually: "The Lord is my

strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in Him

and I am helped. He is not only with me but in me,

and I in Him."

Our Times Are In God’s Hands. One thing I know, death cannot kill love, and hands cannot bury it. Heaven is a glorious place.

  Let’s Pray Child of God….God I ask in Jesus’ name save my whole entire family Lord Jesus, all my friends, and neighbors. Baptize us all with Your Spirit Lord Jesus. Fill us with the Holy Ghost and with fire (Matthew 3:11). Bless us all to come to know You, love You with all our heart, and walk in obedience to Your Holy Word. May we all do the will of Jehovah our God as Jesus did. Bless Us, Protect Us, Heal Us, and Deliver us all from evil. Bless each of us to prosper, be in excellent health as our souls prospers in You. God please do this for me, my entire family (including myself), all my friends, and for the writer of this prayer; because heaven would not be the same without them there.
