Beloved of All
going through intense spiritual warfare and cramps... it seems like it is demonic... please contend to the Lord for me... would like a breakthrough and direction in what to eat and do to heal this pain... hoping this process brings me closer to Jesus ...

We hear your cry for healing and deliverance, and we stand with you in this intense spiritual battle. The pain you are experiencing, both physically and spiritually, is real, and we take it seriously. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every demonic assignment against your body, mind, and spirit in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word declares that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). We command every spirit of infirmity, pain, and oppression to flee from you right now in Jesus’ name.

First, we must address the foundation of your faith. You expressed a desire for this process to bring you closer to Jesus, and that is the most important breakthrough you can experience. Jesus is not just a helper in times of trouble, He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Him, confessing Him as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the starting point for every victory in Christ.

Now, let us pray for your healing and breakthrough:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus, the name above every name. We lift up our brother/sister to You, who is enduring intense spiritual warfare and physical pain. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch to come upon their body. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We break every curse, every assignment of the enemy, and every spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name. We plead the blood of Jesus over their body, mind, and spirit, and we command every demonic force to flee.

Father, we ask for wisdom and direction regarding their health. Show them what to eat, what to avoid, and how to care for their body as Your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Lead them to godly counsel, whether through healthcare professionals, nutrition, or spiritual guidance. Give them discernment to recognize what is of You and what is not.

Lord, we pray for a mighty breakthrough in their life. Let this trial draw them closer to You, deepening their trust and dependence on You. Strengthen their faith as they stand on Your promises. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let them experience Your presence in a tangible way.

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. We declare that this is not the end of their story, it is a testimony in the making. We trust You to turn their pain into purpose and their struggle into strength. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to take practical steps to align with God’s will for your healing. Here are some biblical principles to consider:

1. Fasting and Prayer: Jesus said that some spiritual battles can only be won through prayer and fasting (Mark 9:29). Consider setting aside time to fast and seek the Lord more intensely. This does not have to be a complete fast from food, it could be a fast from certain foods, media, or other distractions to focus on God.

2. Renew Your Mind: The enemy often attacks our minds with fear, doubt, and lies. Replace those thoughts with the truth of God’s Word. Meditate on scriptures about healing, such as Psalm 103:2-3, Jeremiah 30:17, and James 5:14-15. Speak these truths over your life daily.

3. Seek Godly Community: Isolation can make spiritual warfare even harder. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. The Bible says that where two or three are gathered in Jesus’ name, He is there with them (Matthew 18:20).

4. Examine Your Life: Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any areas of your life that may be giving the enemy a foothold. This could include unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, bitterness, or involvement in practices that are not of God (Ephesians 4:27). Repent and turn away from anything that does not align with God’s Word.

5. Nutrition and Rest: While we trust God for supernatural healing, we also recognize that He often works through natural means. Pay attention to what you eat, as some foods can contribute to inflammation or other physical issues. Rest is also vital, God designed our bodies to need sleep, and lack of rest can weaken us physically and spiritually.

6. Worship and Thanksgiving: Even in the midst of pain, choose to worship God. Worship shifts our focus from our circumstances to God’s greatness. Give thanks in all things, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus (1 Thessalonians 5:18). Thanksgiving invites God’s presence and power into your situation.

Remember, the battle belongs to the Lord (1 Samuel 17:47). You are not fighting alone, He is with you, and He has already won the victory through the cross. Keep pressing into Jesus, and do not lose heart. Your breakthrough is coming.

We're with you in this. When spiritual attack meets physical pain, everything can feel tangled and heavy, like the ground keeps shifting. And yet your desire for breakthrough, and especially your hope that this will draw you closer to Jesus, tells us something true about where your heart already is. He is holding you even now.

When we're worn down and fighting on multiple fronts, it helps to remember that the battle is real, but Jesus is our peace. He never asks you to figure out exactly what is physical, what is spiritual, and what to eat all on your own. He walks with you step by step, often through practical help. Since you mentioned the cramps and wanting direction, we'd gently encourage you to see a doctor. Physical symptoms deserve attention, and a medical check can be a wise way to care for the body God gave you while you continue seeking Him in prayer. It's not a lack of faith; it's good stewardship.

We also want you to know we're contending with you, asking the Lord for clarity, relief, and a clear sense of His nearness. You don't have to name the source of this warfare; you only need to cling to the One who has already overcome.

Let's bring this to Him now:

Lord Jesus, we lift up our friend who is weary and in pain. Please bring relief to their body, give wisdom to those who provide care, and quiet the noise of the enemy. May this struggle not become a wall, but a doorway into a deeper, more honest trust in You. Grant a breakthrough, steady peace, restored strength, and the unmistakable sense that You are close. In Your name we pray, amen.

The abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ is not stinted by the sharpness of bodily pains or the fury of spiritual battle. There are leaves upon the Tree of Life, the least things about our Lord, charged with virtue to cure both soul and body. Cry not out, then, as though your case were beyond hope, for healing and forgiveness lie in happy conjunction. When the palsied man was laid at the Master’s feet, the word came swift: Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee. Pardon and healing were one. Lie now in the presence of Jesus, expecting both, for His delight is to make His people whole.

The healing power is most often felt where Christ is teaching. Attend then to the Word and to a gospel ministry; let the Scriptures be your daily portion. Calvary yields the healing balm, not the lancet of rebuke alone. If you are at a dead stand, with no way of escape through ceremonies or human skill, what is the Master’s word to you? He saith, Return! Return! He will take you by the hand and lift you up. That blessed contact with His incarnate love stills the feverish unrest of the spirit and changes the very lifeblood, making the nature other than it was.

Let not the bodily cramps so engross you that you neglect eternal things. Some in their pain have groaned, I have no time for the world to come, and they have lost all. But you, child of God, seek first the kingdom, and the Feeder of sparrows will also direct you in what to eat and how to order your frame. Be sure the enemy may rage, yet the least things about Christ are healing leaves for you this very hour. Contend in prayer, pleading the precious blood, and expect a season of refreshing. This trial shall drive you nearer to Jesus, and after He hath healed, a desire to minister to Him will spring up within you, and you shall serve Him with gladness. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You are in the midst of a good warfare, and such a contest is not meant for the soft or the unmanly. When pain seizes the body and dark powers press hard, do not think it strange, as though some alien thing had befallen you. To wrestle and to feast are at odds; no soldier on campaign expects to live in luxury. The body itself is not evil: it may be made an arm of righteousness. Therefore let these cramps become a spur to vigilance, not a snare to self-pity. Stand sober, keeping your ears attentive to the word of God, for through careful hearing and continual recollection the soul finds strength to endure.

Seek the Commander, Jesus Christ, who is ever ready to help and has furnished you with strong armor. He is not a tyrant but a King, and His Life is infinite, without beginning and without end. To Him, all things are possible, even when your own reason demands to know “how” the healing will come. Do not fall into the dizziness of those who, by pressing such curious questions, swerve from simple trust. Instead, offer your body with its aches and limitations as an instrument of righteousness, and do not make your belly the measure of all things. Choice of food and drink should be sober and temperate, for the lusts that war against the soul often begin with small indulgences.

Even if you do not yet perceive relief, do not despair. A tree may receive many blows before it finally falls; the hearing of truth often sinks deep like a root, though the fruit be slow above ground. Contend in prayer, holding fast to the promise that deliverance from evil and promotion to sonship are yours through Christ. This very trial, if you refuse to let it drive you to rage or shame, can draw you into closer fellowship with the Son who suffered for you. I will join my supplications to yours, asking the Lord to grant you both breakthrough and the deeper peace of knowing that His power is made perfect in weakness. Fight the good fight with your eyes fixed on the Commander who never retreats.

The cramps and the spiritual attack are hitting you at the same time, and that is no coincidence. The enemy would love to make you believe you are alone in this pain, that it's random, that God is far off. Nothing could be further from the truth. Right now, through this very affliction, the Lord is inviting you into a deeper place of communion with Him. He is not wasting this moment. The Spirit works in our weakness, strengthening the inner man with might so that we are not crushed by the weight of the trial. What you are enduring matters, and God is using it to deal with things in your life that only the fire can purge away. Let the pain drive you to Jesus, not away from Him.

When the body cramps and the mind is assailed with dark whispers, the most powerful thing you can do is turn your heart toward the Lord in prayer, but not just a frantic one-way cry. Learn to pause and listen as much as you speak. Too often we fill the silence with our own panic, but if you will get quiet before Him, you may hear His still small voice guiding you. Ask Him directly about what to eat, what to do, how to rest. He cares about the physical details. The same God who formed your body knows exactly what it needs right now, and He will give direction. Be specific and then wait on Him. Watch with thanksgiving, because gratitude in the middle of pain is one of the fiercest weapons you have. It shifts your gaze from the temporary to the eternal.

I echo the plea of your request and am contending for you in prayer right now. There is real power in the effectual, fervent prayer of the righteous, and you are not standing alone. If you have trusted elders in your local church, consider reaching out to them. The Scriptures instruct us to call for the elders, let them anoint with oil and pray the prayer of faith. This is not a dead practice; it is a means of grace God still uses to bring healing and to lift the weight. Agreement in prayer is a mighty thing. When two or three align on earth, things shift in the heavenly realm. We are joining you in that.

This present affliction, as brutal as it feels, is light and momentary when weighed against the eternal glory being prepared for you. That is a staggering truth, not a pat answer. The cramps will not have the final word. Even now, inside this battle, the life of Jesus can be magnified in your mortal body. When you choose trust over despair, when you whisper His name through clenched teeth, you are putting the gospel on display in the unseen realm. What the enemy intended for your destruction, God is already repurposing to conform you further into the image of Christ. Keep your eyes on that eternal weight of glory. The process will bring you closer to Jesus, not because the pain itself is holy, but because He meets you in the middle of it. He will never waste your suffering. You are hidden with Christ in God, and your life is secure there, far beyond the reach of any demonic harassment. Rest in that, even as you fight.
