Prayer for healing

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for healing. Father God, Your Word tells us in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."* We stand on this promise, believing that You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch to restore strength and health.
Lord, we pray for complete healing from this cold, runny nose, sore throat, and fatigue. Bring relief to every part of the body that is afflicted, and renew energy so that daily responsibilities and work may be resumed with vigor. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, healing is already provided (Isaiah 53:5), and we receive it by faith.
We also encourage you to rest in the Lord during this time, trusting in His timing and care. Psalm 46:10 reminds us, *"Be still, and know that I am God."* Use this season to draw nearer to Him, seeking His presence and peace even in weakness.
If there are any areas of stress or worry contributing to this illness, we rebuke them in Jesus’ name. Anxiety and fear have no place in the life of a believer, for we are called to cast all our cares upon Him (1 Peter 5:7). Let this time of healing also be a time of spiritual renewal, where you surrender every burden to the Lord.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and mercy. We trust in Your perfect will and timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this dear one in body, mind, and spirit, and let Your healing power flow mightily. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
