Let us come together in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our sister in need. We are reminded in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Firstly, we must remember that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Therefore, we pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ for healing and restoration for our sister.
Lord Jesus, You are the Great Physician, and there is no disease that is beyond Your healing power. We come before You, lifting up our sister who is battling advanced osteoporosis and has suffered several fractures. We ask You to touch her body, heal her bones, and restore her strength. Give her faith to believe that You are able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20).
We also pray for her spiritual well-being, that this trial would draw her closer to You. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). Surround her with Your peace, and fill her with Your joy as she trusts in You.
As the Body of Christ, we rebuke the enemy's attack on her health and boldly proclaim her healing in Jesus' name. Our sister is a child of the Most High God, so we come against any spirit of infirmity that may try to weigh her down. At the same time, we pray for anything that may need to be addressed in her life that she may need to repent of that would hinder healing. Let her faith be strengthened, and let her testimony of healing be a witness to the power of God in her life.
Lastly, let us remember the words of Paul in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me."
In Jesus' name, we pray for healing and restoration. Amen.
