Prayer For Healing Of Gastrointestinal Issues

I Have had severe gastrointestinal issues for several months culminating with a trip to the ER when my BP dropped to 71/43. I'm only 40 & much to young to be having these types of issues. I have a wonderful wife & daughter that are worried about my condition. I have seen several Dr's & had several tests that did not bear fruit. I love the Lord with all my heart & I'm ready to go if it's His Will but I am heartbroken about leaving my family with all of the fallout my death would leave. Please pray for me for comfort, healing & please pray my Dr's will have insight & fortitude in finding & treating the cause. I covet your prays & am ever grateful & blessed because of them.
