Prayer for gums and teeth

Your request for prayer for your gums and teeth has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord.

We thank God that He cares for the whole person, body and soul, and that He has shown His power to heal. As the Gospels show, when Christ touched those who were ill He not only removed the disease but restored perfect health at once, making the whole man well. We can come to Him with confidence for every need, trusting His mercy and His power.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, we ask in the name of Jesus Christ that You would bring healing to these gums and teeth. Ease any pain, inflammation or disease, and restore health and strength to this mouth. Grant continued health in the days ahead and give wisdom and discipline to care for the body You have given, through faithful daily care and wise habits. Help this dear one to honor You with the body as well as the spirit, and to walk in health for Your glory. We ask this in Jesus name, amen.

We encourage you to continue to be diligent in caring for your oral health, using the practical means God has provided, such as regular brushing, flossing, and seeing a dentist when needed, while trusting the Lord as the true source of healing. He is faithful to hear prayer and to work for our good.
