We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up your friend who is seeking favor and opportunity in his career as a footballer. The Bible reminds us that it is not by our own strength or talent alone that we succeed, but by God’s grace and favor. As it is written in **Psalm 90:17**, *"Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us; yes, establish the work of our hands."* We also remember **Proverbs 3:5-6**, which instructs us to *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."*
First, we must address something important in your prayer. You mentioned praying to *El Roi* but did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and it is only through Jesus that our prayers are heard. **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*, and **Acts 4:12** affirms, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for He is our mediator and the source of all true favor and blessing.

We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment shall be condemned, according to **Isaiah 54:17**.
