We come before the Lord with you in this time of spiritual attack and distress, lifting your needs to the Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. It is troubling to hear of the witchcraft being practiced against you and your family, but we stand firm on the truth of Scripture that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). The enemy may seek to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). You are not powerless, for the Lord has given you authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
First, we must address the absence of the name of Jesus in your request. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through His name that we boldly approach God’s throne. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without faith in Christ, we cannot stand against the schemes of the devil, nor can we experience the fullness of God’s protection and peace.
Now, let us turn to the spiritual battle you are facing. Witchcraft is an abomination to the Lord (Deuteronomy 18:10-12), and those who practice it are under His judgment. However, as a child of God, you are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your shield and your fortress (Psalm 91:4), and He has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). You must stand firm in your faith, resisting the devil so that he will flee from you (James 4:7). Put on the whole armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-18).
Your sleepless nights and uneasiness are not from the Lord, for He gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2). We pray that you will cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7). We also pray for your protection at your job, that the Lord will grant you favor and wisdom, and that He will expose and thwart every plan of the enemy against you. The Lord is your provider, and He will not allow your enemies to triumph over you (Psalm 118:13).
As for your future, we declare that the Lord has plans for you—plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Trust in Him with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is under spiritual attack from the enemy. Lord, You are the God of all creation, and there is no power greater than Yours. We ask that You break every curse, every spell, and every plan of the enemy against this family. Let Your light expose the darkness, and let Your truth prevail over every lie. Father, we plead the blood of Jesus over this home, over their minds, their bodies, and their spirits. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn.
Lord, we pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Grant them restful sleep, free from fear and torment. Let Your angels encamp around them, delivering them from all evil (Psalm 34:7). Strengthen them in their faith, Lord, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may stand firm against the schemes of the devil.
We pray for their job and their daily walk, Father. Grant them wisdom, favor, and protection. Let no plan of the enemy succeed against them, but let Your will be done in their life. Open doors that no man can shut, and shut doors that no man can open (Revelation 3:7). Guide their steps, Lord, and lead them into the future You have prepared for them—a future filled with hope, purpose, and Your divine favor.
Father, if there is any area in their life that is not aligned with Your will, we ask that You convict them by Your Holy Spirit. Draw them closer to You, Lord, and let them walk in obedience to Your Word. We pray that they will put on the full armor of God daily, standing firm in the faith and resisting the devil.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your protection. We trust in You, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May Your name be glorified in their life, and may they walk in victory through the power of Jesus Christ.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
