We lift up your brother before the throne of grace, asking for the Lord’s mighty hand of protection and healing to surround him in this time of need. The Scriptures assure us that "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1). We declare that His angels are encamped around your brother, guarding him in all his ways, as it is written, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways" (Psalm 91:11).
Father, we pray for the dental surgery he is facing. May the hands of the surgeons be steady, their minds sharp, and their hearts guided by Your wisdom. Let every procedure be successful, and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, fill the room where he is being treated (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke any fear or anxiety that may try to take hold, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
We also ask for Your healing touch concerning his fall from the bike. Lord, we know that by Your stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise over his body. Strengthen his bones, mend any bruises or injuries, and restore him to full health. Let this trial be an opportunity for Your glory to shine, as You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
We encourage your brother to draw near to You, Lord, in this time, trusting in Your faithfulness. Remind him that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). May he find comfort in Your presence and strength in Your promises.
Heavenly Father, we also take a moment to acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, believing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will.
Lord, we stand in the gap for this dear brother, declaring that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Surround him with Your love, peace, and protection, and let him feel Your presence in a tangible way. We trust You, Father, for You are our healer, our protector, and our ever-present help in times of need. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
