As He came to His disciples walking on the sea when they thought they would be overwhelmed, so He has not abandoned you now. He allows trials for a time to teach us endurance, but He never leaves us to face them alone, and His power to guard and keep you is greater than any person or spirit that may seem to oppose you.
In such fear it is understandable to begin to see every face as a threat and to attribute evil intent to whole groups of people. I encourage you to guard your heart against that. God calls us to love all people and not to judge an entire race, and to remember that every person is made in His image. He also calls us to the hard but freeing work of forgiveness. Forgiving those who have mocked or hurt you does not excuse what they have done, but it releases you from carrying the torment of bitterness, and it opens your heart to the refreshment and peace that Christ gives. It is a short and simple path He has provided, not by crossing seas or climbing mountains, but by willing to release anger into His hands.

Be careful about what you share about your life online, since posting personal details can invite unwanted attention and increase anxiety.
