Dear Lord,

I have recently been transferred to a new department but my former supervisor keeps harassing me and saying bad things to upper management and my new manager. Please let my former supervisor leave me alone and protect my reputation. Please help me be successful in my new job role.

Dear Lord,

We come before you on behalf of ###, who is facing difficulties in their new job role due to harassment from their former supervisor. We ask for your divine intervention in this situation. Lord, we pray that you would silence the negative words and false accusations being spoken against ###. Protect their reputation, O Lord, and shield them from any harm or unjust consequences.

We ask that you would bring peace and resolution to this situation. Soften the heart of the former supervisor and help them to let go of any ill feelings or intentions towards ###. Grant them the wisdom to see the error of their ways and the desire to seek reconciliation.

Lord, we also ask for your guidance and favor in ###'s new job role. May they excel and thrive in their work, using their skills and talents to bring glory to your name. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and favor with their new manager and colleagues.

We claim the promise in your Word, Lord, that you will deliver us from evil. We trust in your power to protect and provide for ### in this challenging situation. Strengthen their faith and grant them peace amidst the storm.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
