Prayer For Forgiveness

Lord, please forgive me for getting caught up in talking about my boyfriend to others, I want to honor him and I felt like yesterday a couple people who kept asking questions and seemed concerned, but also were negative about him even though they have not met him. Father, I feel like I am at fault, since I have complained about him a long time ago. But, I want to change! I want to appreciate the love I have for him and the love he feels for me and to seek out the good in him, there is so much good Lord, and I know that my suspicious mind always used to seek out the things that are wrong! and, I don't want to be like that anymore! Lord, please forgive me for anything I said that disrespected him. Help me to be strong Lord, and to not backbite with anyone about anyone ever again! In Jesus' name, I plead. Amen.

Lord help us to see the importance in everything, glorifying you and your word. Amen.

I feel like I betrayed him by complaining about him in the past. Why do I do that? I love him and yet I complained because of petty things!! Oh Lord, I feel that this has kept me from being truly intimate with him and to open up my heart to love. Please help me Lord. I am so sorry.

Father gift Buttercup with the discernment that she may not engage in murmuring and gossip but remember James 1, be quick to listen, slow to speak... Forgive her and give her the opportunity to mature in her discernment and witness as a servant. Use her experience yesterday to establish healthy boundaries for her life style with people and not let this be a penalty of her relationship with her boyfriend. In the name of Jesus, I ask she walk in complete humbleness and respect for the reputation of herself as the daughter to the most High and not engage in the fratanizing of the enemy. Today, this evenr hour she is now the standard for the many women in the universe who need to know where the lines are for conversing and leasing words into the atmosphere against and/or for your people, in the name of Jesus, she operates in complete and mature discernment, amen.
