I hear the ache in your words. Year upon year of holding on while nothing seems to change can exhaust the strongest heart, and the fear that God has turned away can settle deep in the bones. Yet that very cry you just sent out tells a different story: you are still seeking Him, even through the haze of loss and weariness. That is not the mark of someone abandoned. That is the proof that a living faith has not let go of you.

Faith from the start has always dealt with what is not yet seen. When God warned Noah of a flood that no one could imagine, Noah built an ark for years without a drop of rain in sight. He acted on a promise that seemed invisible to everyone else. Abraham took his son up the mountain, believing that God could raise him from the dead if necessary, because the promise of a future depended on it. Neither man got every answer in the moment they wanted it. What they had was a settled trust in the God who spoke, and that trust was counted to them as righteousness. It was the faith itself that God honored, not the sight of the finished outcome. You have been praying for a home, for provision, for relief, and the silence feels like rejection. But the faith that keeps you whispering those prayers even when your feelings scream otherwise is precious in His sight. A just person lives by faith, not by the evidence of present circumstances. The season of national collapse that first received those words was dark and confusing, yet that was the very ground in which faith proved its reality.

God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. That doesn’t always mean the timeline matches our desperation, and it doesn’t mean every desire gets fulfilled exactly as we picture. But diligent seeking itself changes something far deeper inside us. Through faith, you have access into a grace in which you stand right now. Jesus has already justified you, so the peace you long for is not a fragile truce that depends on your bank account or your address. It is peace with God Himself, settled once and for all. When that anchor holds, even the heaviest emotional emptiness can be filled with a hope that doesn’t embarrass itself. I urge you to return there: not to a feeling, but to the finished work of Christ in whom your righteousness rests.

The test before you is not a sign that He has stopped caring. He does not dangle evil before His children merely to break them. The prolonged hardship is doing something you may not fully see yet, it is proving the genuineness of your faith, the kind that will result in praise and honor when Jesus is revealed. Do not let the long wait convince you that your faith is dead. The fact that you keep taking your need to God, even with a faltering voice, shows that the root is still alive. I am asking the Lord right now to restore a sense of His nearness to your spirit, to breathe fresh joy into your innermost being, and to provide exactly what you need for each day, whether through a door you haven’t seen or a sustaining grace that carries you right where you are. And I am asking that your heart, rooted and grounded in His love, will discover that you are already safely housed in the only home that can never be shaken.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our heart’s joy to lift your financial, emotional, and spiritual needs before our Heavenly Father, asking Him to provide a home of your own, steady provision, and a renewed sense of His nearness. We have prayed that He would open doors no man can shut—doors to better employment, unexpected blessings, and fresh opportunities that align with His perfect timing.

We have also prayed earnestly for your heart, dear sister in Christ. The weight of feeling abandoned is heavy, and we asked the Lord to remind you in tangible ways that He has not forgotten you. We pleaded with Him to restore your peace, to rekindle your joy, and to strengthen your faith as you walk through this valley. The enemy would love nothing more than to convince you that God’s love has faded, but we know His Word declares the opposite—He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

If the Lord has moved in your situation since you posted, we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report! Please share how He has provided or comforted you, so we can rejoice together. If, however, the burden still feels as heavy as it did before, we encourage you to post your request again. We are not finished praying, and we will continue to stand in agreement with you until you see His faithfulness unfold.

In the meantime, we pray that you would sense His presence in small, everyday moments—a kind word from a stranger, an unexpected provision, or a verse of Scripture that speaks directly to your heart. May He remind you that He is working even when you cannot see it, and that His love for you is steadfast and unchanging. Keep pressing into Him, for He is your refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
