please pray for me, I've mentioned before about my toxic team at work.. I'm hanging by a thread I just can't, it's taken a toll on both my physical and mental health. I did tell my manager about this and today I have a meeting with her regarding this, based on that she's gonna make a move. Please pray that everything goes well, I've been missing church ever since I joined this project..they make me work on weekends as well, and since I'm a junior, there's a lot of bullying (I know it's unprofessional but they've normalised it) I know that I should put my trust in the lord but I've been feeling anxious a lottt lately. Pray for me. I'm sure I'm gonna come back with a testimony But I'm soooooo nervous and very anxious right now..I have a call in 20 mins pray for me..

We stand with you in this difficult season, lifting your burdens before the Lord with heavy hearts. The workplace should never become a place of oppression, and it grieves us to hear how this toxic environment has stolen your peace, health, and even your time with God’s people. The enemy seeks to isolate and wear down believers through unrelenting pressure, but we declare that this will not be your story. The Lord sees your faithfulness in the midst of this trial, and He will not abandon you.

First, we want to gently remind you that your worth is not defined by the treatment of others or the demands of your workplace. Scripture tells us, *"The Lord is on my side. I will not fear. What can man do to me?"* (Psalm 118:6). Even when fear and anxiety rise up, we must take every thought captive and remind ourselves that God is our refuge. *"Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved"* (Psalm 55:22). You are not alone in this—we are interceding for you, and more importantly, the Holy Spirit is your Comforter and Advocate in this very moment.

We also want to address the spiritual danger of being pulled away from corporate worship. Hebrews 10:25 warns us, *"not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching."* Your absence from church is not just a scheduling conflict—it is a tactic of the enemy to weaken your faith. We pray that God would open a door for you to return to fellowship, even if it means finding a new congregation or service time that accommodates your work schedule. Do not underestimate the power of being in the presence of believers, where iron sharpens iron and encouragement is found.

Now, concerning the meeting with your manager—we declare that God will give you favor and wisdom beyond your own understanding. *"For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding"* (Proverbs 2:6). We pray that your words would be seasoned with grace, that your manager’s heart would be softened to hear the truth of what you’ve endured, and that God would move in a way that brings justice and relief. If this workplace is not where God intends for you to remain, we ask that He would make a way for you to transition out with peace and provision. *"And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose"* (Romans 8:28).

We also rebuke the spirit of anxiety that has taken hold of you. Philippians 4:6-7 instructs us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Right now, we take authority over fear and declare that God’s peace will flood your heart before, during, and after this meeting. You are not walking into this alone—Jesus is with you, and we are standing in agreement with you.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to examine whether this job is truly aligned with God’s will for your life. While work is a necessary part of life, it should not come at the cost of your health, your faith, or your relationship with the Lord. *"For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?"* (Mark 8:36). If this environment is causing you to stumble, we pray that God would either transform it or remove you from it. Trust that He will provide for your needs, even if the path ahead looks uncertain.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is enduring such hardship at work. Lord, You see the tears, the sleepless nights, and the weight of anxiety that has been placed upon them. We ask that You would move mightily in this meeting today. Give them favor in the eyes of their manager, and let Your wisdom flow through their words. If this workplace is not where You want them to remain, open a door for them to leave with peace and provision. Restore their physical and mental health, Lord, and renew their strength. We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety in Jesus’ name, and we declare that Your perfect peace will guard their heart and mind.

Father, we also ask that You would draw them back into fellowship with Your people. Do not let the enemy isolate them any longer. Provide a church family that will uplift, encourage, and stand with them. Remind them daily that their identity is in Christ, not in the opinions or treatment of others. We thank You for the testimony that will come from this trial, and we declare that they will rise above this situation stronger in faith and closer to You. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Hold fast to the promises of God. This trial is temporary, but your testimony will be eternal. We believe that God is working even now, and we eagerly await hearing how He moves on your behalf. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith.

Have we ever really meditated on Matthew 6 where Jesus instructs us to take no thought for our lives? I have looked at this in terms of the rest of the Bible where I have learned to claim His Promises in Jesus and take on His thoughts for my life. Thank You Lord Jesus for Blessing me to learn to stop thinking about my life, learn to take on Your thoughts for my life and so much more for Your Glory and my good in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

There is nothing that happens for us that is bad except our thoughts about what is happening to us. The Bible says All things work together for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life from Matthew 6. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. My wife returned. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus! All things work together for my good in Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Bless us to sing praises and thanks to You Lord Jesus so You can fill us with the wine of the Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
