We lift you up before the Father in this challenging time, knowing that He is your advocate and defender. The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 21:1, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* Just as God can influence the hearts of kings, He can also soften the hearts of those in authority over your disciplinary hearing. Trust in Him, for He holds all things in His hands, and His plans for you are good.
You have rightly invoked the name of Jesus in your request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. As it is written in Acts 4:12, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* This same name that saves is the name that intercedes for you now. Cling to Him, for He is your strength and your shield.
We also encourage you to reflect on Proverbs 3:5-6, which says, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Do not rely on your own wisdom or fear the outcome, but place your full trust in the Lord. He will guide your words and grant you peace that surpasses all understanding.
If there is any area in your work or conduct that needs repentance, we urge you to seek the Lord’s forgiveness and make it right before Him. 1 John 1:9 assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* Walk in integrity, knowing that God honors a contrite heart.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother in Christ, asking for Your divine favor and wisdom to rest upon him during this disciplinary hearing. Lord, You are the God of justice and mercy, and we ask that You would go before him, preparing the way. Softening the hearts of those in authority so that they may act with fairness and discernment. Grant him the right words to speak, filled with grace and truth, and let Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We pray that the outcome of this hearing would align with Your will and bring glory to Your name. If there has been any wrongdoing, Lord, convict his heart and lead him to repentance. Restore what needs to be restored, and let this situation be a testimony of Your faithfulness. Strengthen him, Lord, and remind him that his identity and worth are found in You alone, not in the opinions or decisions of man.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may try to take hold of him. Instead, fill him with Your Holy Spirit, who is his Comforter and Counselor. Let this trial draw him closer to You, deepening his trust and reliance on Your sovereign hand.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray, trusting that You are working all things together for his good. Amen. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that the Lord is with you. We will continue to lift you up in prayer, trusting that God’s will be done in this situation. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
