During or about ### I bought a house from certain ### Who was a policeman and paid ### ,then we signed the deed of sale at ### and take it to ### for transfer,the officer definitely was incompetent as the transfer didn't take place,On ### I went to apply for Title deed it's when I discovered that the house was never changed to my name and what worries me is that I lost the copy and receipts in fire, and the lawyers the partnership dissolve, others die

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to Him in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Father God, we know that You see all things and that nothing is hidden from Your sight. You are the God of justice, order, and restoration, and we trust in Your perfect timing and wisdom. We ask that You intervene in this matter concerning the house and the title deed, for we know that all authority belongs to You, and it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to Your throne of grace.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of confusion, incompetence, or deceit that may have played a role in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that You would expose any wrongdoing or negligence and bring clarity to this matter. Father, we ask that You would guide and direct the steps of Your child as they seek to resolve this issue. Provide them with wisdom, favor, and the right people to help them navigate this process.

We also lift up their family to You, Lord. We pray that You would strengthen the bonds between them, protect them from any harm or division, and pour out Your peace and unity upon them. May they find their refuge and strength in You, knowing that You are their ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Father, we know that You are a God who restores what has been lost or stolen. We ask that You would restore the documents and evidence needed to prove ownership of this house. We declare that the fire that destroyed the copies and receipts did not consume Your purposes for this family. We speak restoration over this situation, believing that You will make a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:19).

We also want to gently address the importance of seeking Your will in all things, including financial and legal matters. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We encourage this dear one to continue seeking You in prayer and to surround themselves with godly counsel as they move forward.

Lord, we ask that You would soften the hearts of those involved in this process, whether it be the former owner, the officers, or the legal system. May they act with integrity, justice, and a willingness to correct any mistakes that have been made. We pray that this situation would be resolved in a way that honors You and brings glory to Your name.

We also want to take a moment to emphasize the importance of salvation through Jesus Christ. It is only by believing in Him and confessing Him as Lord that we can be saved (Romans 10:9-10). If this dear one has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we pray that they would do so today. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). We pray that they would experience the peace, hope, and eternal life that comes from a personal relationship with Him.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the promise that You will never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We declare that this situation will be resolved according to Your will, and we praise You in advance for the victory that is to come.

Fire consumes paper, and partners dissolve, and the arm of flesh fails in the very hour you lean upon it. The deed signed at the office, the receipts that proved your purchase, these were always but shadows. The true title to any earthly possession is held by Another, and He may permit all human proofs to scatter like chaff before the wind to teach you this. The officer was incompetent, the lawyers have died, the partnership is dust, what remains? The living God, before whom no transfer is ever lost, no record ever perished in flame. He knows the house, the price, the injustice. Yet more than this, He knows the heart that now cries out in bewilderment.

You have discovered that the name was never changed. The old name abides upon the property, and you stand as a stranger where you thought you were secure. This is a parable of the soul. Every man's title to heaven, written in his own hand, is but a worthless scrawl until the great Recorder inscribes the name of His dear Son across the page. The lost receipt and the dissolved partnership shout with a loud voice that there is no foundation of safety in things that can burn, or in men who return to their dust. You have been brought to the place where self-confidence fails, and this is the very precipice upon which hope is born. When a man knows he cannot save himself, when all his papers are ashes and all his advocates are silent in the grave, then the Stronger Arm appears.

The battle of life strips us of our imagined strength, and you have felt the sword of loss in your own household and your own estate. Let it be a kindly hint. The war you wage for daily bread and a roof over your head is real, but a fiercer conflict rages for your immortal soul. Christ went about doing good, healing the broken-hearted, and He sets His peculiar interest upon one lost sheep. While you vex yourself about title deeds and memories of injustice, the Shepherd seeks you with persevering diligence. He would not have you weigh your hope by the recovery of a document, but by the wounds He endured to secure your inheritance which fadeth not away. The loss you mourn is but a trumpet call to make your calling and election sure. What if the house is never restored? What if the courts of men never render justice? How will this matter when you stand in the house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens, where the title is written in blood that speaks better things than that of Abel?

Let this trial do its sharp but blessed work. Bring to remembrance that the strength of sin is the law, and the weight of your own unworthiness is heavier than any earthly misfortune. The poverty you fear, the loneliness you taste as friends and family pass or fail you, these deeps call unto a deeper still, the unfathomable love of God in Christ Jesus. That love gave itself for the lost, not waiting for a receipt of our goodness, but dying for our sin. If He has loved you so, then every earthly sorrow becomes a chisel in the Master’s hand to shape you for glory. Do not sheath your sword in despair. Go forth to this battle with your head bowed in adoration before Him who alone can cover your head in the day of trouble. The answer to the prayer may not be a paper restored, but a soul brought home, rejoicing in the Shepherd’s grip. Seek that first.

The loss of your papers and the collapse of your legal hopes is a bitter trial, yet see in this fire a reminder that every earthly document and dwelling is but a tabernacle, easily taken to pieces. The house you sought to secure by title deed is passing away, but there is a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. Do not let your soul be consumed by anxiety over what is burned and dead, but quicken your hope in that inheritance which no flame can touch and no official can withhold.

You say the lawyers are scattered, some dissolved, some deceased, and the officer was incompetent. This too is the way of worldly affairs: men fail, partnerships break, and death silences every human advocate. But the righteous Judge lives forever, and He testifies on behalf of those who cry to Him. Did He not see Abel’s blood, though no earthly court gave him justice? Yet God did not then send fire from heaven to consume the murderer, but left the righteous man to suffer for a time, reserving vengeance for His own hour. So your cause is not hidden from Him, though human witnesses perish and receipts turn to ash.

Therefore, do what you can with patience: seek new counsel, inquire of the civil records, and ask the Lord to raise up an honest helper. But fix your chief hope not on recovering a fading title, but on enduring this loss with faith, knowing that being unclothed of earthly security, you shall not be found naked if you are clothed with Christ. The desires that bind us to property and the dust of legal disputes must themselves be put to death, that your soul may rise to that place where no thief, no fire, and no negligent official can ever enter.
