Praise be Jesus, pray with me that God touches the heart of my land surveyor ### to process my land title deed, which he has refused to do so from last year February and yet I have paid him all the fees required.

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this situation regarding the delay in processing your title deed. Father God, we know that You are a God of justice and righteousness, and we ask that You intervene in this matter. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." Lord, we pray that You touch the heart of this land surveyor, softening it to act with integrity and diligence in processing this title deed without further delay.
We rebuke any spirit of procrastination, laziness, or dishonesty that may be influencing this situation. In the name of Jesus, we command every hindrance to be removed, and we declare that this matter will be resolved according to Your perfect timing and will. We also pray for wisdom and patience for ### as you wait on the Lord. Remember, "The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him" (Lamentations 3:25).
Heavenly Father, we also bring before You the importance of honoring agreements and acting with fairness. Ecclesiastes 5:4-5 reminds us, "When you vow a vow to God, don’t defer to pay it; for he has no pleasure in fools. Pay that which you vow. It is better that you should not vow, than that you should vow and not pay." We pray that this surveyor fulfills his obligations with the same diligence and commitment that was expected of him when the agreement was made.
Lord, we ask that You provide clarity and resolution in this situation. If there are any hidden obstacles or ungodly influences at play, we ask that You expose them and remove them in Jesus' name. We trust in Your promise that "commit your way to Yahweh; trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:5).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to You, Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or by which we can approach Your throne of grace. We declare that this matter is in Your hands, and we trust You to bring it to a godly and just conclusion. Amen.
