Prayer for Emily P

Lord, I lift Jordan's father's, Aunt Emily to you. She has had 7 strokes in 3 years, with the last one being last Monday, I just have found out, Lord. She had been improving Lord. Strengthen her Lord, she needs Your Miracle. Lord, she is non-responsive, on a feeding tube, and it is so hard to watch your loved one this way. She has a special place in my heart and even though I am not part of the family anymore, I care and love her and this family deeply. Lord, I pray for the caregivers to be compassionate, and I Pray Lord for your Intervention. I Pray for Emily's husband, children, grandchildren, brother and sisters, and for Jordan's father. Lord, Jordan's father does show emotion very well, and I know he is hurting, Lord. Lord, Comfort and Protect each family member just now. I Pray for Your Healing Upon Emily Lord, if it is Your Will, All According to Your Plan, In Jesus Name Amen

Father, I join Vida in lifting this family and their many needs. May Your healing and comfort be with Emily, may her heart be filled with Your compassionate love. I pray that each family member would lean upon You, know Your mercy and peace. Help them to make good decisions regarding Emily's care, be with her caregivers and providers, hold her closely by Your side. I thank You for Vida's tender heart for this woman, and her willingness to pray. In the name of Jesus, we ask for Your plan in Emily's life to be fulfilled. Praise You Father, for You are worthy. Father God,

Please heal Emily right now. Lord, touch her and speak life to her body. Please minister to her and help her to be able to function normally with no feeding tubes needed. Father, please wake her up like when You awoke the little girl in the Bible.

Mark 5:39-41:He went in and said to them, "Why all this commotion and wailing? The child is not dead but asleep."He took her by the hand and said to her, "Talitha koum!" (which means, "Little girl, I say to you, get up!").

Father, I speak healing to Emily.

Please comfort her family as well (children, parents, grandchildren, siblings, & Jordan's dad). Thank You that You would be with Jordan, and heal his heart. I ask that You would also heal the rest of the family's hearts. Thank You for being with them right now. Help them to know Your love, Father.

We come together in prayer today to ask mercy for Emily. She is nonresponsive Lord and we ask that your intercede. Encompass the family with your radiating love and compassion. We pray Lord that your will be done. Amen

Send Your Holy Spirit to Emily to resurrect her, just as You did Lazarus, Your Son Jesus, and all those in the Bible who came back to life. "Yea, though I walk in the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for Thou art with me..."

Lord, all I can do is stand in agreement for this prayer. I know the devastation of the caretaker and the stroke patient. Lord, I lift up their needs to you. I pray your hand upon this situation and upon Aunt Emily and her care taker. Take them into your loving arms. Give them patience and comfort. Help them to be strong, kind, caring and loving.

Pour out your mercy and grace. I leave them in your arms and may your will be done. Amen
