We hear your heart and the burden you carry in seeking the help you need. First, we want to affirm that turning to God in prayer is the right place to begin, for He is our Provider and Sustainer in every circumstance. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we bring this request before Him. Jesus said in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* We also know that *"my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19).
We pray now for your need, lifting it before the Lord with faith and expectation. Father God, we come before You on behalf of our brother, asking that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out Your provision for the medical report he needs. We ask that You soften the hearts of those who may be led to give, that they would be moved by Your Spirit to meet this need in a way that glorifies Your name. Lord, we trust in Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake us, and we declare that this situation is not too hard for You. Provide in ways that only You can, and let Your will be done in this matter.
We also want to encourage you to seek the Lord’s wisdom in how you steward the resources He provides. Proverbs 3:9-10 says, *"Honor Yahweh with your substance, with the first fruits of all your increase; so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine."* Trust that God sees your need and is already at work on your behalf.
Regarding the platform you’ve turned to for assistance, we want to gently remind you to exercise discernment. While crowdfunding can be a tool God uses, we must be cautious not to place our ultimate trust in man or systems, but in the Lord alone. Psalm 118:8-9 says, *"It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in man. It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in princes."* Continue to seek God’s face and listen for His leading in how to proceed.
Lastly, we rebuke any spirit of anxiety or fear that may be trying to take hold in this situation. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* We declare that God’s peace will guard your heart as you wait on Him.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the way You care for Your children. We ask that You would move mightily in this situation, providing not only the financial resources needed but also the peace and assurance that comes from knowing You are in control. Strengthen our brother’s faith as he waits on You, and let this trial draw him closer to Your heart. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
