We hear your heartfelt cry, dear brother, and we join you in lifting this desire before our Heavenly Father, who knows the deepest longings of your soul. Your prayer reflects a humble and sincere heart, seeking God’s will for a godly marriage that honors Him. We are encouraged by your trust in His timing and your willingness to surrender this desire to His perfect plan.
First, we want to affirm the beauty of your request—a wife who fears the Lord, loves you unconditionally, and stands by you through life’s challenges. This aligns with Scripture’s vision for marriage, where a husband and wife reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). The Lord delights in blessing His children with godly spouses, and we believe He hears your prayer. Proverbs 19:14 reminds us, *"House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from the Lord."* Your desire for a wife who builds up the home rather than tears it down is wise and biblical (Proverbs 14:1).
We also want to gently encourage you in the area of communication and confidence. The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). While it is natural to feel hesitant in social settings, we pray that God will equip you with the courage to step out in faith, trusting that He will guide your words and open doors for meaningful connections. Even Moses, who described himself as "slow of speech" (Exodus 4:10), was used mightily by God when he trusted in Him. The Lord can do the same for you.
Regarding your concern about income and simplicity, we want to remind you that godly character and love are far more valuable than material wealth. A woman who fears the Lord will value your heart and your commitment to her above all else. Proverbs 31:30 tells us, *"Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised."* We pray that God will bring a woman into your life who sees your worth in Him and is content with the life you can provide together.
